Not happy!I was told to be there at 2:30 pm .I showed up waiting in line to be told to go sit down and wait some more only for them to take care of everybody else coming in than when everybody left , they left us sitting there again longer 30 minutes later we walked out today feb/12/2024

Avoid this location if you want to use the ATM or drive through service. I sat and waited 10 minutes before someone told me "there is one in front of you". I laughed and asked for my ID back and went to another location. Absolutely no customer service here and with no regard at all. I will be looking to for a different bank. I guess 25+ years with this bank means nothing lol. What a joke...

ATM just took my card and they said they don't have access to their own ATM, I'm not sure how a bank can't access the stuff in their own ATMs and where the cards go but I guess they must be taking their users information.

US Bank Branch in Spokane Valley SHOULD NOT HAVE THE DANG ATM in a drive thru. How inconvenient waiting 17 minutes just to get to the ATM.

Drove 1 hour to this branch as suggested by there fraud dept. Mgr.told me I needed to come back in 2 hours. I have gotten such poor service from this branch before that I changed banks. They have a hard time keeping employees any length of time.

I was talking to the person in charge of business services and was told that they would contack me later that day ,that was week ago neveer heard from them.very unprofessional i took my business to an other bank.

This is the worst bank I've ever used. I opened an account 3 months ago with a certified check for $15k . The day I opened it I was able to get $1500 in cash and open the account with $13,500. The very next day the $13k was available in my account and I was able to use it. Last week I received another certified check for $15k from the exact same bank and person as the first one I used to open the account. I asked for $500 of it in cash when I deposited it. The bank manager would not give it to me then went over to her computer and put a 10 day hold on $10,000 of it. The next day the other $5000 was available in my account 2 days later I checked my balance and it was a negative $1500 they decided to put another hold on the entire $15k. I talked to 4 different people with US Bank and was given 4 completly different reasons as to why the check has a hold and was also told 4 different people that could lift the hold. It's been a week since I deposited that check and I still have a negative $1500 balance and can not get anyone to explain the hold or that has the ability to take the hold off. Today I was told that the funds will be available on the 22nd of this month. These people just do whatever they feel like with no explanation or reason. I have almost $14000 in my account that I can not use. Apparently they don't understand what a certified check is. I can't even believe that this is happening and every one Ive dealt with has been rude and dosent care or is even willing to look into it. As soon as my money is made available I'm going to withdrawal all of my money close this account and take my business elsewhere. If you're thinking of using this bank DONT !!!! BIG MISTAKE

Very crappy bank! Takes days if not weeks to process a posted payment, and after you get negative overdraft “we can't refund it because it's not the banks fault†what kind of customer service is this?! If this is your first bank DO NOT sign up, this bank is a literal definition of a scam! Trust me not worth your time!!
