The customer service desk closes at 6 pm. The post office is ran by the customer service team. The business hours online say it closes at 6:30 pm. I rushed over here to ship off multiple packages for different clients, and am crushed to find out that they close at 6 pm. This has ruined my chances of getting these packages shipped this evening. I plan everything around the posted business hours of a business that I plan on spending money with. It's 2021 Yoke's.. Figure out how to update your business hours so your Google business page so that you don't keep getting horrible 1 star reviews for ruining people's chances at shipping things off. The cherry on top was that when I inquired about the customer service being closed at 6 pm, I got the most intense extreme attitude from two employees who were working up front. They obviously have heard this question multiple times, and they are bitter and jaded about it obviously. I will do us all a favor and update Yoke's hours. I do this for the greater good lol Yikes, Yokes.. What a great start of the year of our lord 2021

Call ahead as the hours are not accurate. I hurried to get here and they closed guest services at 6pm and obviously don’t update this.

This is my favorite place to go for mailing stuff. There's hardly ever a wait in line, like only 1 person in line at the most. The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful about getting the best deals and most out of your shipping experience.

Checked their hours of operation on line and it showed that they were the only location that was open until 6:30 pm. I needed to mail something out asap so I drove from mead all the way to the valley. As soon as I walked to the door (exactly at 2:58 ) one of the workers told me that they're closed and refused to help, even though there was three people ahead of me waiting in line and on their website and their front door stated that they were supposed to be open until 6:30pm.

Better than the actual post office. Just go to the customer service desk inside Yokes and they have more sizes of priority mail boxes than any local UsPS office has. Also, theres never a line.

I think it was the manager that showed me how to use the kiosk. I have not waited in line since. Also, the drive thru mail drop works well for letters.
