Not quite a "modern" Ace Hardware layout (thankfully). It has an older feel lik a "mom & pop" store from the 70's.

I absolutely love the ace hardware on indian trail road. Not only because my daughter works there. But because they are all very knowledgeable in everything they sell. The whole entire staff is very friendly and it makes very enjoyable shopping experience. And you can find just about anything under the sun there

Such an amazing staff at this location. I had questions about the item I went in for (light keeper pro). The gentlemen told me he had one and couldn't quite figure it out but would get help from the store manager. I appreciated his honesty instead of just pretending like he knew. The store manager came to help and walked me thru the whole process on how to use it. The pre-lit tree belonged to my Mother in-law who passed away 4 years ago. I went home and did exactly what she explained. The tree is working perfectly. All the light are lit not half the tree like before. Thank you so much for such a knowledgeable staff.

Clean and one of the newer stores but not really a lot of stuff for real work. This is more of a snooty upper class Ace with a bunch of old ladies buying pink gardening gloves. Real clean though and the employees are really nice.

It's everything you'd expect from an Ace. Great service, they have the little one off product that the big box won't, and if this location doesn't have it they'll find it at another store for you so you don't have to drive around town to find it.A stand out is the paint matching that they are able to do. I took a sunbaked, 7 year old flake off my house that I couldn't remember the color and the machine matched it so well you can't tell the difference other than it looks like it was freshly painted. Glad to have them in the neighborhood .

First time in this store and found everything I needed with help from friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Isles are a bit narrow, but plenty of product. No big box stores for us. Ace is the place and this new store so very handy for our neighborhood in NW Spokane.
