Stopped in to grab a screw driver. Like a 6-1 screwdriver. Never got greeted when walking in. Associate was getting herself some popcorn. Couldn’t seem to locate what I was looking for. Most aisles were more empty than full. Asked the associate where there might be screwdrivers in case I just overlooked. I explained what I want. And the response I was given was if you we have anything like that it would be on aisle 10.And she went back to scrolling on her phone. Don’t waste your time here just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot

Not sure how this store makes enough money to stay open. There is no product on the shelves, ever. Also, customer service is terrible. Just this location though, the others are cool.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.This store is the unlike any ACE Hardware I’ve been to in over 4 decades- no exaggeration.This sub par Customer Service is UNREAL.Rude speaking, lazy efforts, it’s very weird. Floor associates and management, alike.DO NOT SHOP HERE, this is a hobby for them they don’t have any integrity towards Basic Ace Hardware service standards. Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself…

Worst service ever. Went to buy a chainsaw and walked out. Went up to the register with what we wanted and the lady at the front said she would send someone over. Waited 15 minutes and nothing. The same lady as we are walking out smiled at me while serving a homeless man popcorn. Thanks for the help! Awful service. Went to 4 other places all around town to find what we needed and will go back to that Ace again. NEVER WILL GO BACK TO THIS ONE.

Zero customer service. Store was empty except for myself, a cashier, and two female employees visiting with each other. I passed them twice and neither of them stopped visiting to ask if I needed help. When I finally approached them I was asked to wait a minute. They were discussing an upcoming sale and what peppers they would have. When I decided to walk away, the short, brown haired woman yelled at me, asking what I wanted. She tried to say they were helping a customer. No one else in the store and they didn't have a phone. I will never go there again. No wonder the place is empty. That employee was rude, loud, and obnoxious.

Genuinely rude customer service experience. Staff was very short and not helpful at all. I had on work clothes thats about the only thing i could think of that could have been wrong with me. I smiled and i asked very politely a couple questions about the locations of some items and then i was followed through the store by some elderly very rude gentleman who insisted on standing next to me "working" and asking me "if thats all ill be needing" not in a kind helpful way but in a "your a scumbag leave our store kind of way" it all ended with him insisting i had plumbers putty in my pants and making inuendo about my zipper or something to that affect.Not good would not recommend.

Went today at 4pm thinking they were open since I googled there hours. Nope wasted my time and they were completely closed. Just maybe you should update ur hours so it doesn't inconvenience your customers.

Closest ace to my house so I always try here first and ALWAYS leave empty handed. They’re shelf’s make it look like they either just got robbed or we’re in the middle of an apocalypse. Won’t be wasting my time here anymore. Employees aren’t “helpful” either.

Every single time I go to this store it’s a wild goose chase. The last 3 times I’ve seen a product on their website that said “in stock at this location”, it’s never actually in stock. It’s always a waste of time and gas. Today, same thing, only this time the employees told me that they don’t even carry the product and have never even seen it. I miss not having to order everything online and wait 2 weeks for delivery.

Like a lot of people these days, I shop online on the websites of stores in order to get the best price and what stores have what I need in stock. The Ace Hardware website is where I found the best price this time. It tells you what stores have the item your looking for. I was hoping to get the blades for my riding mower. The site shows that your store has the blades I need in stock. I called the store and spoke to Hailey. I wanted to know if there were 2 of the blades I need. After placing me on a brief hold to check, she informed me that you store doesn't carry any lawn mower blades at all. There is obviously a problem with the site and what it says you currently have in stock. Several other are Hardware store sites directed me to the Hillyard store. I guess in this case, shopping online was definitely a waste of my time. Call first, don't trust the ACE Hardware websites at all. Information means a lot. Fix your website or better yet, just shut it down so others won't be mislead

I keep trying to give this location another shot for the past few years but haven't seen any improvement over in-store stock levels. I understand that Ace locations can order several items into the store within one day but as a contractor, many times I don't have the option to make two visits one day apart for common items like a doorknob, stop valve, or even a paint roller cover. I know Covid has been rough on many of us but when other Ace locations have recovered there must be another reason behind the cause. I've attempted to ask the staff a couple of times as to what the cause is and when they expect they see it resolved so I know when to come back again but answers are pretty vague so for the time being I'll just have to skip this location.

Quite possibly the worst hardware store in the country. Think they have just gotten so comfortable in saying don't have it, or can't help with that. Shelves are nearly empty of almost everything right down to super glue. Little tools that a readily found and local hardware stores like small taps to match the small machine screws they don't have, they have not had in 7 months. Asked about this, and they just said nope don't have them, I said, I see that, but you have not had a single thing in 7 months, they just say the typical excuse of supply not available, which is just that, an excuse. All the other local hardware stores seem to be keeping up with demand because they actually care about servicing they're cliental. Been there a few times at 8 am when they open, and nope, notta, doors locked no one around. Think they finally got around to opening somewhere around 10 am, I went in and asked about this, nothing, no apologies, no manners, just told me to go somewhere else. WOW!!! Who the heck manages this place? WHAT A JOKE, I don't care how long it takes or how far we have to drive, we will not support this business, tough decision as we believe in supporting our local businesses first, but highly recommend avoiding this place like avoiding Covid-19.
