Thanks to Amy and Jessica! Because if an error in the app an ordered item was delayed. They were quick to make it right and drove out of their way (literally) to get me my item. You saved my July 4th. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

Went in there to get some car keys cut as I got new key fobs... and was told oh we can't cut outside keys... why not?... well it's a liability if we cut that key wrong it's a liability because we won't be able to replace it..... well I don't care I've got five key fobs and I really just need one to work in case of I need a backup to get the door can't start the car with it anyway.... yes sorry we can't do it....
So now it's back to Home Depot where I usually get them cut,,, and they wonder why the big box stores are taking over... maybe it's because of stupid policies like this....

We needed to have a special key made for our car and the people at Ace were very helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Nice store but way overpriced.! You can get better deals for the same exact things from the general store. And the older lady in the plant section was extremely rude.

This ace is NOT the place with a helpful hardware man!!! In fact, you are hard pressed to find anyone to help you. I left there and sat in the parking lot and ordered what I needed from Amazon. ?

Ace has always had the best employees in my opinion. But in this one particular experience your employee Landon has shown far more potential in any field of work from an individual that I've seen in a while. We check with Ave Hardware first if we need something that we know they stock. The location is great for us since we live 2 or 3 miles from the store. The associates are always helpful. It is also nice that it isn't a big box store. It is manageable for us seniors to walk around and look at items.

Ace is the place for the helpful hardware folk. Always quality service and I can ask ANYONE on the floor who works there will assist me personally, not pass the buck. Friendly people, knowledgeable, and quality products, some that can't be found anywhere else. I also use their curbside pickup and they have it waiting and ready in quick time.
