Grandson left his iPad in the backseat on accident. Went online and completed the Lost and Found report THREE TIMES. (Never received the confirmation they said I would receive after completing the report). I phoned and spoke to customer service, again three times. The last time they gave me the direct line to the Spokane (GEG) office. I have left 2 messages, and sill no return call 4 days later. Leaves me to believe a couple of things, they don't care about customer service after 'the deal is done', and they employ thieves. I will never rent with Alamo again.

The car rental check out was fast and efficient. I was on my way out to the car lot within ten minutes. My rental was a Nissan Kicks and got very good gas mileage. It took awhile to figure out how to open the rear hatch since there was no remote release inside the vehicle. Other than that, everything was great.

This is a great rental car company and always the best prices. The manager Miranda here is incredible and helped me out a ton along with Nichole. Both of you were awesome! Thank you, truly!

Excellent Customer service via call center! The Lot Agent was also very helpful. Far exceeds in-person service at the Spokane Airport counter. Don't expect the vehicle you reserved to be available when you show up!

Went to pick up the rental and all my information was there and check in was quick and easy. The Kona ran great and got good gas mileage. Dropped of early in the am and we were on our way home.

Very friendly and very hospital at check in and car drop off, both employees were top notch employees. The car given was an upgrade and was very clean and had no issues. If I'm ever in Spokane again. Alamo will be my go to company.

My daughter and I flew into Spokane International Airport and made reservations with Alamo to rent a mid-size car. They had a Nissian Maxima waiting for us.I just got the run down on what it would cost me, insurance cost, what I could hear and understand since it was pretty loud. Next was credit card, sign, and keys.We walked out to the car with our heavy bags and extremely cold blowing winter wind. It was a walk! As I passed another renter, I noticed him taking pictures of his car. I shouted out, Smart! He then responded, "That's what the lady at the counter told me to do." Well, I had the guy and heard nothing about me taking pictures to cover myself in being cheated later.We arrived at the car, and I began taking my pictures while freezing myself. By the time I got to the inside of the car, I had already over 50 pictures. I told my daughter hell no. We are getting something different. I was unable to open the trunk as well.So we went back in, and I got the lady, and after upgrading me to an SUV and $100 more, we got a Toyota Rav 4. It's much better and only about 30 pics in all.When I returned the rental, I got the guy again and explained my frustration with being charged an extra $100 when I was given such a lemon to begin with.He took my charges off and made everything right again. I was very pleased with the customer service! They definitely took care of us in the end.I would rent from them again.

Berto at the rental counter was amazing and helpful. We needed a vehicle to drive to Seattle since our flight was diverted to Spokane due to a snowstorm. Berto managed to get us an AWD car as we were driving up the Snoqualmie Pass in the snowstorm. I would recommend this branch to anyone needing to rent a car, they are so friendly and understanding.

Edit: Although I did have to come back the next morning which was a hassle, they gave me a free days rental as restitution and I was happy with my rental from then on. The car was clean and odor free and had some crazy safety features that took some getting used to. Overall it was a good experience in the end.My pick up time was 11:30 pm but my flight was delayed (I gave them my flight number) and they are supposed to wait! The other rental car people said they leave at like 11. So I had to get a ride and then another ride back to get the rental car when they open in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous!

I highly recommend this rental company if you are in Spokane. Buba and Drew at the rental counter helped me checked-in and get the car I wanted. They even suggested to upgrade as we were driving up to the mountains, which now after the trip I totally am thinking was the right call. Buba managed to get me a good deal for the upgrade to compact SUV (with sun roof even) which I think was totally worth it for your road trip.P.S. I typically do not review rental car companies, but I Liked these guys because of their customer service.

Isiah was great, he gave us an option of 2 cars, after viewing the SUV we changed our minds and asked for the other vehicle where the woman lied to us and said it was taken, even though she didn't check. So we were driving off wondering how she knew it was taken and figured she wanted to get rid of our SUV because it had no options. Driving off we ran and asked Isiah again and he came back and got it done for us. 5 stars for Isiahs customer service and people skills. We will always ask for Isiah every time we travel to Spokane. Which is twice a month. 5 stars for Isiah and 0 stars for the lady who lied to us.

Awesome service at this location. Our plane got stuck on the tarmac and I called to let them know. They were still able to assist 5 minutes past close. My other option would’ve been spending the night at the airport. I also got a nice upgrade! Thank you to the team at Alamo!

All was absolutely great!.Great vehicle,great communication,ease of renting and dropping off.Southwest airlines delayed us 48 hours(??) and they were able to extend our vehicle with no problems which we were so thankful for!!!!???
