I had a chance to meet Heather at America’s Best Eyeglasses. She has such a sweet smile, very happy, friendly and helped me pick out the perfect eyeglasses for me!The 1st pair of Ray-Ban’s I got with transition and photo brown, I love them, but they felt really big on me. I have a small face. Heather and I looked around and she had suggested the kids section. Since I am a senior with United healthcare, and I worry about the cost, it only cost me $67:)I would highly recommend meeting with Heather and when you do tell her Pamela said hello and thanks again:).

Awesome store. Awesome people. The general manager helped me out directly was amazing. I broke my glasses and really don't have the funds to go through the whole eye exam thing but my frames have since been discontinued he pulled a bunch of pairs from a drawer and found a set that would fit my lenses really well. 100% recommend this store and will return when I've got the money for the whole eye exam and new glasses.

This place is basically a scam shop lol. Went in for a contact and eyeglass exam. I wanted both so I could use the prescription numbers to shop around and get the best deals on contacts and glasses down the road. When I went in there, I let them know I was only interested in replacing my lenses in my current glasses, but wanted both exams done for the numbers. As I went through the initial exam (with all the machines), I was asked 2-3 times about getting contacts. I had to say 2-3 times that I only wanted lenses today but wanted both exams done. On to the doctor part. Going in, Alice Nguyen started the exam with the same speel. "Ok, we will get you all set up for ordering new contacts and glasses for you today". I said for the 3-4 time that I only wanted lenses for my current glasses. She then told me that she was going to take the contact exam off of my exam for the day because it was more expensive. I let her know that I wanted both and that my insurance would cover both as long as I do them at the same time (this is about the 3rd red flag lol). She told me she would then add the contact portion of the exam back on but it might be more expensive. It took her almost 3-4 minutes of silence to "add" the contact exam back on. After that, we do the exam which went fine. At the end when I thought we were finished she just needed to do one more thing, look at my eyes with the bright light (which is normal). She says "Everything looks greaaa... Oh wait.." and proceeds to tell me that she thinks I am not cleaning my contacts well enough and that my eyes are looking stressed because of it (I have had contacts for about 18 years). Funny, because it took her about 5 more minutes to justify the things she was saying while I just wanted to be done at this point. She let me know that she was reducing my contact prescription by 1 year because she wanted to make sure my contacts were being cleaned correctly and that my eyes looked better. What a shammy thing to do. So now instead of being able to use my prescription for 2 years, I get to go back (I won't be going to AB again) and get a new exam. I can't wait for the new place to confirm or deny her statements. The place is a joke, pass on this place. They also claim they have deals but then add on about 80% of the deal cost on the back end. Just find somewhere else to go. Costco is probably a better option.

It was an incredibly disappointing experience. I should have read the google reviews first! ...Yeah, don't waste your time.

I have gone here for years but will never be going back. I came in about mid April I got fitted for new glasses with an eye exam all was good untill it was time to checkout and it was way more expensive than expected. It turns out my insurance wasn't billed correctly so I just had to pay out of pocket. Then I get my glasses. 2 out of the 3 are great but the 3rd have a pea sized blemish in the lens that is very noticeable while wearing the glasses. So they order me new lenses but actually forget to order the lenses so after a week and a half of waiting I call and they figure out they didn't order anything. Yay.So finally today I get a call that the new lenses are in!! I leave with the sunglasses and put them on in my car and they are making me dizzy and have double vision. I get home and realize they put the new lenses in backwards and after fixing them myself I FINALLY have sunglasses that work properly.Thank you for my time Americas Best.

Great experience. Eye exam was smooth and efficient. Spent plenty of time with me to get a great prescription. Frame choices were good. Time to get my glasses was two weeks.

The Dr I saw was virtual, thought it would be awards but she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The techs that assisted in the process were friendly and very well versed with information. When it came time to picking frames Jodie had a phenomenal eye, and the first two she showed me were the ones. Can't wait to pick them up!

I had my eye exam by Dr. Miller & she was fabulous. She was very understandable & complete. I was very pleased. The staff at this America's Best is the best. Wonderful front desk staff.

If I could give 10 stars, I sure would! I have been wearing glasses for 30 years. This is my second time at this America’s Best and I will drive to Spokane everytime. I was pleasantly greeted by Manny upon entering, he thanked me for checking in online and showed me to the waiting area. Dr Miller was able to explain the eye issues in terms I understood and made me feel like she cared. Jodie came to my rescue, and helped me pick me out some glasses to fit this fluffy girl face of mine. The manager Nathan was The GOAT, the previous America’s Best (Pasadena Foothills) in California, not only had horrible customer service but they put my birthdate for the 26th when it is the 27th. Nathan was able to merge my two accounts, fix Pasadena’s mistake and update all the info so we could transition smoothly into my purchase. Now, I’m not a fan of people because folks can be disrespectful, BUT THEY PUT THAT GAME FACE ON, and WON BIG in customer service. I’m working full time and going to school full time, Jodie was able to keep me within budget and stylish! To the crew at the Northpointe Plaza, THANK YOU SO MUCH for treating me with kindness in the midst of what is going on in the world today and restoring some faith back in humanity!

Well, I’d like to give todays call a zero but i do like the doctors at this location. There are several lovely staff members that deserve five starts as well. However, this location has been a source of frustration in a few areas. Getting information is hard over the phone, it seems there is a struggle for front desk help that is well trained. Despite being patient, I had to call a different location to get the answers I was seeking. This is one of many cases where the front desk left me hanging. I was also grossly misquoted on contact pricing at this location and it cost me almost triple despite me having it in writing from their employee.

Their Operations Manager is either having a bad day or needs to be replaced. Waited over an hour past my appointment time just to see a doctor. Turns out they only had 1 doctor. If their operations manager did their job properly, they'd schedule the appropriate amount of patients that 1 doctor on average can handle per day. Not only that, but the walls are too thin, so you can hear everything that's being said to the patient while your in the waiting room. Definitely breaking HIPPA. The communication between the staff was non-existent, the assistant and doctor were not told what I was there for and tried to do the standard eye exam.

I had gone here a few years back and felt the experience was ok. Last year I went for my eye exam and felt it was a fairly rushed exam. I got my 2 pair of glasses (definitely not 79.95). About 6-8 months later the arm of one of the pair, my favorite pair, broke. I took it in to America's Best and the guy did some quick fix to them and said it would probably not last. I told him I had bought the there and he checked to see if they were under warranty and they were. He said he would order me a new pair. That was over a month ago and they still are not in. Oh and as far as the exam went , I know for a fact it was sub par as my glasses are not adequate for me to see very clearly. Won't go here again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Big sign on the window says same day appointments available but they'll actually schedule you two-three weeks out. Misleading business practices.
