My friend and I had went here today to have an Apple Watch issue fixed. Now, I understand we came 8 minutes before closing, but we assumed it would be a simple fix. However, the employee that was there for closing was extremely rude when talking with us.As soon as we came in, he didn’t bother to greet us and we could see he was “busy” sitting down on his phone. When he finally noticed us he had let us know that they were closing soon and wanted to know what we needed help with.Issue: My friend had gotten an Apple Watch shipped to her from AT&T and had issues connecting to the cellular data on her phone plan. He proceeded to tell us that because she had gotten it from Apple that the issue had to be fixed through them, in which we had explained that yes it is from Apple, but she had gotten it shipped through AT&T itself. She then showed him the issue on where the watch wasn’t connecting to cellular data and to call the number listed on the screen. My friend wanted additional help in person and his response was to call the number and come to us if it doesn’t work out. The employee told us that we should have been here an hour before because his boss was here and that he was “new” and told us that it was 5 minutes before closing and so he couldn’t help us at all. The Apple Watch my friend had gotten is important and needed to be fixed ASAP due to her relying on it for her health and safety. And yet, the employee there was rude and not willing to help us at all. Instead all he gave us was a condescending tone and excuses.To anyone reading this review, don’t go to this branch unless you want to be treated like crap. Thanks a lot AT&T.

I wish I could give them a negative ten. I was with AT&T for 26 years but NOT NOW. Worse customer service ever. This time I went to upgrade my phone, they don’t stand by their guarantees and they had the worse customer service. The employees applied that I was lying and was alway walk away. They tell you what you want to hear but don’t follow through. I had to go the main store out in the valley for better customer service and for them to stand by their guarantees. I lost two days trying to fix the problem which was this store sold me a phone that they KNEW was not working but wouldn't exchange it for one that was.It didn't work for the start, we never got to check if our information got moved over before it locked up and we couldn't open it again.We were still in the store and they sent us away to Best Buy geek squad, who sent us back to tell them the phone no good bad hardware, but they still wouldn't exchange it. IT WAS THE SAME DAY THAT I BOUGHT IT. They still wouldn't exchange it. Your better off going to the main atat store or anywhere else. But overall I would NOT RECOMMEND them. I wish I could give a negative ten.

Worse customer service ever. Never buy a phone from this store. They don’t stand by their guarantees and they have the worse customer service. The employees will call you liars and alway walk away from you when they are helping you. They are like use cars sales men. They tell you what you want to hear but don’t follow through. Your better off going to the main atat store or anywhere else.

I had questions about my account and changes to make. Isidro gave me great customer service. He was competent and efficient as he answered all my questions and made the changes in my account that I needed.

I do not know why AT&T Corporates thought that the changes they made were good ideas. They are horrible!! For several years, I stuck with AT&T mostly for the excellent customer service I received at the local stores. The employees knew the devices and protocols very well. *I wanted a Google watch. I was not allowed to try it on my wrist or anything. Had to decide on it by looking at the picture on the box. Couldn't tell the size of the face or band from the picture. *I've gone in with issues with the new phone I purchased and was unable to get help. The training and knowledge is just not there anymore. *Now, I attempt to obtain information about an order. I'm told that I have to drive all the way to the store. First, I have COVID, Second, I'm disabled. It was a waste of a phone call. I've had AT&T for over 23 years. If they intend to keep a loyal customer, they'd better step up their game. I may just be a drop in the bucket for them, but I'm not the only one who feels this way.

If I could give them a -5 I would. This store will gladly sell you stuff but will not warranty anything they sell. The help is rude and laughed at me when corporate office in New told me to go back in and get it handled. People are very rude and do not care about the customers only what they sell. When I got my s23 ultra the guy tried to sell me a att wall charger for $ 35 when I said no gave it to me anyway. This store will rip you off I recommend going to a attractive store owned by att. Corporate handle my issues do not go to att stores owned privately

I have been calling att customer service for days with no resolve. I came into the store on north division and was greeted immediately by Chase and he helped us resolve our issue very quickly. We were even able to upgrade my wifes phone. It was a great experience

Okay, we switched over to AT&T from Verison due to a door to door sells person stating a better deal. It goes back to the saying "you get what you pay for". It's a long story but the short version is we couldn't receive text messages on our new phones for a week. This cause major issues as a staffing manager for over 100 people. The call center finally stopped trying to lie to me as they were saying, "it's an app issue, we need to send you new phones, etc". Finally, one guy I talked to (whom I told it was a network issue because with a friend I ended up troubleshooting and having her download "message +" app and low and behold she could finally text me and I receive her text)... the guy I talked to literally told me, "well most people do not have IT experience,so they don't understand but you do, so I'll tell you this has been happening to 90% of people who transferred over from Verizon and yes it is a network issue as you have stated". As someone who has worked customer service for 23 years, you should be honest from the beginning. This is bad business. Now we are waiting to see if they honor our trade ins and may likely go back to Verison after that. My phone no longer works in my friend's basement, which I was told they have the same "service as Verizon" and my friend lives in Spokane downtown... So far, horrible experience and not worth saving $30 a month for...

My husband and I were shopping for an upgrade to my phone. Essentially, my phone had just gone as far as it could for a 2-3yr old phone. We were warmly greeted with our first step in the door, we had a knowledgeable and helpful associate decide which phone would best suit me. When agreed on a phone, the second associate as well as the first both took the time to figure out which way would best solve my phone issue. Fortunately as their figuring had deduced, this phone seems to be working out well for me thus far. If it hasn't already been made evidently clear, I very much appreciate both of their efforts and professionalism. Thank you gentlemen.

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a phone store! Employees were friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me into my new phone! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!
