I switched to att&t to get a better value on a phone plan. I also added another line and instead of getting the same plan as mine, like I asked. The sales rep put the other phone on their premium plan. I didn't find out until my bill came and it was $256. A lovely surprise as you could imagine

Be WARY of this place's salespeople.I hate to be the one to break from all the glowing reviews, but my wife and I received pretty shady service by Damon at this location. I just got off the phone with ATT because our bill for two phones and an already paid-off old iPad came to $340 per month... they showed a variety of discounts that were turned off (Damon told us to get AARP for a discount, but it was never applied to our account, despite signing up in front of him) Additionally, every single optional thing, such as insurance and paying for early upgrade eligibility, was turned on after we left.After an hour with ATT customer service, our bill was just lowered - by half. And they gave me a 90-day credit because we were being over-billed that much.He turned my iPad into an iPhone from an account standpoint, which was $50 more per month than having it as a tablet.You can see my other reviews- I don't go around leaving 1-star reviews for fun. I felt compelled to leave this review as the service was sleezy and honestly a total rip-off for us in the end. It may have seemed great in-store, but when the reality was very different makes this a very untrustworthy place of business. Go down the block to the non-franchise store for the actual best deals.

Went in to find out about my work plan. Got all my answers quickly and correctly. Christian was hands down the best phone pros i have worked with in a long long time. He quickly used his att tools and even multi tasked to keep all the customers happy. Nice work, promote that man.

Customer service Expert , Damon. Met and exceeded all expectations. Questions asked , cross sales executed and all the little add ons - ended up inside our purchase bag. Excellent. Have been with ATT for 20 plus years , not always the best but they make resolve !

Words really can't begin to describe Pat at the 6117 N Division store in Spokane. We are in the country and use AT&T for EVERYTHING and I was in this summer with an issue and not only was he SUPER helpful, SUPER friendly and SUPER KNOWLEDGABLE. He gave me his cell phone if I ever needed help! Who does that? He suggested that I upgrade to a new Netgear "modem" which I bought online and when I finally tried to put it in, I was having problems and there he was again! Man of the hour! I will be a loyal customer of AT&T thanks to Pat and his going above and beyond and genuinely helping me out!

I want to leave a review for a few reasons. One, because changing my phone was a very easy and convenient process, and two, because I appreciate the help I received when there WAS a later problem. We were all working under the wrong information, it turned out, and I thought that I had been scammed (tears fell, trust me); but I had NOT been scammed and they helped me fix the mistake as soon as it had been made. I really appreciate this team, and I would be happy to return for any future purchases.

Damen, you are an excellent example of the integrity of this company. My father needed several things after moving up here with me and I was so happy with the treatment he, as a customer and an elderly person relieved. We did NOT walk out until EVERY question my father had about the items and there application's were answered! Thank you so much!! I’d been putting off upgrading both my Mom and my iPhone 7s (yes, I intentionally typed 7…that is not a typo). I dreaded the entire upgrade process due to the extensive notes, photos, over a decade of iTunes purchases, etc. So the plan was to just upgrade my Mom’s phone since she hadn’t the history saved on her phone. We pulled up to the AT&T store on 6117 Division in Spokane, and breathed a sigh of relief when greeted by Pat, who seemed eager to assist us. Fast-forward less than 5 minutes, and Pat had convinced me that I could safely upgrade my relic as well with no fear of losing the history saved in my phone. Pat is the perfect combination of whip-smart tech savvy genius; personable and kind; and a cooler than you have ever been vibe (without leaving you feeling badly about it, but just accepting that some people just have it, and Pat has it). We hit a snag with my iPhone upgrade when it was installing from the cloud. Some idiot (me) had decided over 15 years ago to use their work email address for their Apple ID for a couple of years. But of course, I’d long since left that employer and long since forgotten the password. I knew that not even an act of Congress couldn’t get that password recovered. Enter Pat, who jokingly said he was “kind of a big deal” after getting me past the glitch and armed with a new password for that Apple ID. To be clear, Pat is not “kind of” a big deal. Pat is a big deal and the real deal. I know if I’d gone to any other AT&T store or had been assisted by anyone else, I’d still be locked out of the Apple ID that clearly was linked to a ton of purchased content. Pat is a genius, a sweetheart, and a real good egg. You cannot go wrong by choosing the AT&T store on 6117 Division…just make sure you ask for my friend Pat.

I had questions and needed help with an iphone 14 that had been delivered to my house. I came into this store to ask some questions. Damon Hahn, sales consultant, could not have been more helpful. Not only did he answer my questions but went through the set up process. He could not have been more patient. He took customer service to a whole new level.

Very very disappointed in Damon Hahn's customer service. We've never worked with AT&T before and decided to try it out. Not a great start when I met with your worker Damon. I waited in line forever to sign up with you guys just to be lied to by Damon that I can't set up a prepaid account in store and he sent me to Walmart to figure it out. I found the AT&T up in north Spokane and they said that Damon was just being lazy and lying, and that you CAN get it set up in store. The worker just didn't wanna help cause he wanted to make a bigger commission. Do your frickin job. Shame on you.

Justin sucks. He refused to mention prices until things were signed. Then refused to cancel the contract upon coming back within two minutes. This location and it's employees clearly do not care about customer service. Disgusting behavior.
