We bought our first phones there 6-7 years ago & our experience was awful. I swore I would never darken their doors again. My wife talked me into going there again yesterday to update our phones. We were pleasantly surprised how we were treated..Jorge helped us & we both were elated on how he took his time & wasn’t pushy. Jorge explained the options to us & we walked out of there extremely pleased with what we decided on. We WILL go back!!!

AT&T too expensive, store could not help with issue. And after 2+ years how are my phones still not paid off? 300+ dollars a month for less than sub-optimal service and continously throttled data speeds. Not happy, and feel stuck.

Affordable experience at AT&t the staff was super unprofessional cannot answer my questions nor did they have an answer to any of my questions the full book experience and I don't know if I'll ever go back there I would not recommend them. I used to work for them for 2 years, the corporate stores are so much more professional and knowledgeable compared to these contractors stores where nobody knows what they're doing they are just by for the worst, but corporate stores they have don't have any in Spokane unfortunately..... ?

I went in yesterday and was greeted by nothing but rudeness. Dexter made it clear that he did not want to help us and was extremely short and rude with his responses. My family and i are definitely going to be taking our business elsewhere.

Dexter left halfway through our appointment and never came back. Was extremely rude when I called later with questions. Short and non informative responses to all my questions! Will never return to this store!!

One of the worst phone companies I’ve had the displeasure of being with even trying to leave they will make you pay ludicrous amounts for no reason except they mine as well make a quick last buck I had boost mobile beforehand an they were even better than AT&T some company

This is the only Att we go to, they are always so friendly and helpful. The people here actually know what they are taking about and are will to answer any questions you may have or help anyway they possibly can no matter if it's in person or over the phone.

Upgraded my phone last Saturday 04/15...Eric was salesperson who suggested and I INISTED I buy the $60.00 screen saver versus buying on Amazon. 3 days later, I went back to Eric as I wanted a $60.00 refund as the screen saver he sold me cracked after 3 days!! Eric told me today that it was my fault and I would need to do a Warranty claim... Oh, and I would need to pay for shipping of $10.00!! Manager Kaleb was not in the office today but will be calling corporate for a refund!!!

Erik was great. He answered all my questions and didn't make it feel like he was forcing me to purchase products and deals I didn't want. He was efficient and very professional. The whole experience was fast and overall great.
