my daughter worked there . they told her oh your friend is fat . you big to my daughter heavy set to . or they ask if you had a baby all they do is talk about people . they use cheap products from Amazon that why you lashes fall out . I had my translator on on my phone I never go there again . And that's the Store in Spokane up north

I lived many years in Pullman, WA, a college town located 90 miles south of Spokane. For fun and excitement, I would often visit Spokane and because I have been an Aveda user for nearly 25 years. I would always visit this store when in Spokane. I no longer live in Washington and because of COVID I have not visited many Aveda stories recently. When I tried to use some of the many Privilege points online, I discovered that the Aveda corporation had eliminated points of anyone who had not purchased an Aveda product in the past year. (For the record I had purchased some Aveda products but the store in Carmel, CA could not access my account so I was not credited). So I had to call the this Spokane store because the online customer service said they would have my account number. Long and short of it, I spoke with Andrea at the store. She was amazingly helpful and was able to get my points reinstated (which were many) and rather than go back online, I just purchased my products from this store over the phone. I always liked this store because they always hired nice and helpful people. Next time I am in Spokane I will visit this store again. Great products, great store staff. Thank you Andrea.

Everyone knows that Aveda makes and sells some of the best products in the world. I am literally addicted to the Shampure shampoo and I don't care who knows it. However, you may not realize that the staff at this location are every bit as good. The staff here offers world class customer service that would be right at home in the finest stores in any high end shopping district. I am literally humbled by their always going above and beyond a sale, and actually caring about the customer. Attention owner! Please take good care of these professionals. They have made me a life long customer.

In past years, I didn’t always have the greatest experience with this store. I found that one of the managers was rude and short tempered (she is no longer at this location). The current staff at this store are really knowledgeable, patient and have a great attitude which can be hard in covid times!

I was very disappointed today when I went in this store. I was given some face cleanser and it was leaking out of the bottom of the bottle mind you this is a $37.00 bottle of cleanser. And I was told I could not return or exchange it without a receipt. It was a gift from my sister so no luck for me I guess I'll have to throw away almost $40.00 worth of product.... REALLY Aveda. Very very disappointing!!!! I did buy $77.00 worth of products while I was there as well . So you'd think they would have better customer appreciation.
