Hey, thanks for letting your customers know that the branch is closed! I felt super safe walking 8 blocks to deposit an envelope full of cash from a car sale, in the nastiest, high crime area in the county, only to find it closed, meaning I had to walk all the way back. I've never had anything but bad experiences in this branch. I'm going to assume they're closed permanently and never come back.

Absolutely some of the worst treatment I have every had in my entire life. Denise, the branch manager treated me so disrespectfully and as if I was the issue while cashing a check that required 10 different check stations! For whatever reason, rather then hearing out a potential customer at this bank she continued to berate me infront of several other customers. She was humilating not only me, because I asked what else I needed to do to get this check cashed, but herself and all the other staff at BOA. I wonder how she got put at manager when she can't even treat customers with the relationship or understanding they deserve.

Slow every time I come here. Nobody working. It just amazes me how the entire staff always goes, 'we will have someone right with you." Chase blows this bank away on customer service and products. The people here are very nice but common on man help out the customers in a timely manner.

Great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and I didn't have to wait too long.

The worst including supervisor! They do NOT protect your money! Watch closely you will see. Their customer service is the worst! They are uncaring, laugh at fraud Identity theft. Then kick you out & tell you not to come back! They lie, they cheat. Refused me access to my account. Told me the bank is not safe for any faxes??? That's when I said your right, it's not safe for my money either & closed my account. Almost a year ago & still getting defrauded. It's bad when the banker cannot answer your questions & whispers I think your still getting defrauded! I feel they themselves we're cheating me, then lie & cover up! They are the very worst

The lines are ALWAYS LONG and the tellers are ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED!!! It's the same story at every Bank of America I go to (29th Ave branch & Wellesley & Division Branch) I dread going into this place, and I cant wait to pay off my (formerly Countrywide) mortgage, so I never have to look at 5 employees at their desk ignoring us while tellers run their asses off so the line of 20 people doesn't turn into a line of 25.

Astoundingly bad experience. The blonde lady is the worst - unhelpful and downright disrespectful. They know how terrible they are. The employees tell customers not to respond to follow up surveys with ratings below an 8 to try to game their evaluation system rather than actually help customers. Very disappointing.

I went into the office today and Nik helped me with my Merill Edge account. It was very close to closing but, he took time to call them and talk to them for me and help me get the account straightened out. I was very impressed with his kindness and business attitude and look forward in the future to doing business with Bank of America as well as Merrill Edge.

This location is a joke. Its a Monday, the first of the month, and their drive-up banking is closed. I drove around, paid for parking, went inside, and there was a line going out the door. They had one teller working. MAYBE, put the woman who's just uselessly standing at the entrance smiling at everyone, behind the counter. Too many times this exact scenario has happened to me at this location. Do yourself a favor if you bank with them, always assume their drive-up banking is closed and that they are under staffed. Than you won't waste your whole lunch break running up to the south hill to handle your banking needs.

Don't use the ATM here, it suck to get to if you drive and the cash deposit doesn't work.
