I had a great experience at Best Buy last night and I definitely recommend this store because of the great staff. I had an issue locating an item that appeared to be available at the store but luckily an employee, Swim, was able to locate the item after some searching. Jae checked me out and was friendly and helpful as well. I'll be back in the future!

Great Place to purchase Any Electronics, I have bought Everything from Samsung Tablets, GALAXY Notebook, Xbox, Playstation ( Several), Nintendo Switch, Games, Headphones and Several Samsung TVs & Certain appliances too. Although I would buy all my appliances at Fred's They are excellent. The staff is Always Knowledgeable and They are there to help you with anything you need!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. My only “complaint” is that I paid for the Total Tech service, but never got to use it because trying to schedule with someone who knows apple products is impossible. The 2 guys that I was told are the experts, don’t have any available time slots that work with my schedule. Ugh. Needless to say, it’s been a year and I haven’t used my $200 service plan I purchased because I can’t get in to see someone. Not necessarily their fault, but annoying all the same.

Review of Best Buy Stores in Spokane County and Best Buy Corporate:0 out of 12.5 Stars {Store Rating, Customer Service Rating, Sellers Rating, and Retail Rating}0 out of 5 Stars {Star-Scale rating}Reasoning: I have almost always been given only extremely poor customer service from Best Buy stores and Corporate. Another representative just hung up on me again without cause, and someone called back asking for personal information without stating who they were. I asked who they were, and they continued to insist on asking for my personal information first, without giving theirs, and so ignoring me while pushing to collect my personal info. Best Buy has sold multiple products over the years to me with defects, and they haven't honored their warranties; they neglected to honor their warranties calling the manufacturer's defects user error, and both stores as well as corporate have treated me with extreme disrespect. When explaining that the product issues were manufacturer's defects, they insisted I contact the manufacturer, and provided no help in the store, which is against Economics Ethics Code {in other words, it is against Federal Law of the United States}. Furthermore, I wasted my time and energy with multiple trips by bus to and from the store (as well as on phone calls), as well as a lot of money on flawed electronics.

I've bought three phones from Best Buy all of which have failed in within a year the first one the battery failed the second two both the power buttons failed no physical damage on either phone I paid for the Best Buy warranty and still when I went into have my phone's replaced it still cost me money what is the point of paying for the Best Buy warranty if it still costs you money when the phone fails. The Geek Squad couldn't even give me a good answer as to why it was costing me money even though I paid for the warranty. I'm done with Best Buy.

This afternoon we decided to stop by best buy and look at what was in stock for computer tower cases. We had looked on their website and it stated there were several in stock yet the staff there were clueless. We asked the frat boy (best buy employee) if they carried this and where it would be to which he replied nope we don't carry them. I proceeded go show him my phone that says no we still don't carry that. My husband I decide to walk around best buy and ordered the one we want for curbside pickup. Before we could even leave the store our order was ready to be picked up. This just proves that they could care less about customer service unless some form of commission is involved.

I'd give this place 1/8 of a star if I could... Employees avoid eye contact and it's like they're getting paid by the shrug and get a bonus when they say "idk man" I'm not much for writing reviews but I've yet to have a person help with anything here.. Amazon prime your stuff or go to Walmart those tweakers in vests will help you more than these D&D virgins

Made an appointment with geek squad to have Windows Vista reinstalled as my operating system the gentleman behind the counter stated that this thing is too old and obsolete that I should recycle it and go and buy another computer so I wasted time energy fuel to just get shut down before he even looked at my laptop I do feel the laptop is still in great working condition I really don't give a s*** what this man has to say I'm not going to invest more money into another laptop when this one just needs a reinstall on Vista but any of the other issues that I was having with this thing geek squad will not be touching as there should have been a lot better communication than what I just dealt with in other case I still have the key on the back of the laptop I still need the operating system reinstalled and they just refuse to do it

Always seem to have nice workers and a good selection of electronics besides the hygiene electronics but still a selection to be viewed. Always seems to be knowledgeable about the products most of the time I get left alone and don't get that car dealership vibe while I shop so would shop here over any other electronics place I've been to.

The cell phone counter was busy. But all the employees made eye contact with everyone. Ask if they could help. It was very nice to know that we were seen and taken very good care of. The employees in that department are amazing!

Its ok. Walked around looking for help and it seemed like everyone was to busy trying to hide from customers. Even had 2 workers hurry to the back and shut the door quickly. Lot of over priced stuff. The shelves were a mess. Stuff out of place. Like the employees and management just don't care. I get it, its just a pay check. But your number priority is customer service. If you don't like that part of the job, you can always go into construction.

I have been buying computer parts from businesses around Spokane over the course of the last few months, and Best Buy is easily and by a wide margin the worst option for purchasing computer parts. If you call asking about store stock, they will always - no matter what circumstance or product - tell you that there is "only one" in stock which is an obvious lie. No computer store only keeps 1 of the most baseline product in stock, it is just common sense. Additionally, you can only buy certain parts such as motherboards and video cards if you purchase it online ahead of time, which drives up the cost significantly. For example, if I were to buy an MSI B550 motherboard from Best Buy in town it would cost me roughly $217.00. Any other computer store in town would sell one for $159.99 plus tax (which is what is advertised on the best buy website). I don't know if this is a trend with all Best Buy businesses or just the ones in Spokane, but it seems like they thrive on creating an environment of false scarcity, and they profit off of their customers having a lack of technical know-how. There are plenty of other options in Spokane when in comes to buying computer parts. If you are looking, avoid Best Buy like the plague. They will waste your time on calls, intimidate and pressure you into purchases, and overcharge you by a significant amount. I cannot even reliably go to the store, ask for a product, then buy it. I am sure if you are buying basic things like headphones, cables, or other products it is a fine experience, but that is literally the bare minimum for a store to operate. I would absolutely never consider buying anything PC related from Best Buy.

We were parked in the parking lot when a car parked too close to our truck, the couple went in the store. I had a hard time getting out of our vehicle because of how close the car was. We did our business in the store. We came out and one of the employees came to us telling us that the woman from this car had keyed our vehicle. That couple quickly drove off. The employee had gotten a picture if the license plate and told us there was cameras. We were glad the employee had taken a Picture of the license plate.

Vincent was super helpful and very friendly while I was buying ear buds and a screen protector. He was knowledgeable about the items i was buying and he even double checked prices to make sure I was getting the best deal available. Great quality employee! Thanks Vincent!

Well I live way south of Spokane. Best Buy is the place I go for my electronics and home needs. Staff is friendly with decent knowledge about the various products they sell here. Have bought computers, cell phones, car electronics, home security systems and shopped appliances here. They are a great place to see a wide variety of things and help you make a wise buying decision.
