We purchased a washing machine and purchased the extended warranty. The machine is needing repair and we have been trying for 2 weeks to get the machine repaired the repairman never shows up. I would not recommend buying appliances from Best buy or any of their extended warranties.

Best Buy has a large assortment of products and occasionally you can find a sweet deal close to prices you may find elsewhere. For the most part they are kinda spendy and there return policy is CRAP! I've attempted to return a few different things here and wound up disappointment ?

I purchased my kiddos a computer last summer. My son's monitor was acting up, so I took it in and they exchanged it, no problem. I had purchased the warranty of course. The employees here are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Highly recommend

Wish this place was better. Every time we have come here they are out of stock on most items and the customer service is terrible. Really NOT impressed with this place. Will bring my business elsewhere in the future.

So I was dropping off a vehicle for a customer that their son's car died after they had put a remote start 3 hours prior. When I got there there was a tech inside and he seemed bothered that I was bringing him a vehicle. After I explained he just said put it in the parking lot and we'll do it tomorrow sometime very rudly. While I was unloading the car another "manager" comes out very upset and says that they don't deal with transmission issues. I said there's no transmission issues it's electrical and that seemed to make him more upset. I gave him the keys and said hey there's no power so you gotta lock the car manually and as he turned around and walked away he shrugged and yelled at I don't care. Very unprofessional place and after I spoke with the customer the next day she told me that they refused to work on the vehicle again and had her tow it to another stereo shop where they said they wired the remote start wrong.

Went in to look at laptops , most of them were over 1000 dollars , didn't see any advertised in store that were decently priced . No one offered any help to sell a laptop to us , the employees were very distant and seemed to care less that we were even there , no one even offered to help my son purchase a ps 5 , so we walked out and another store close by got our business . Great store to shop if you want to be ignored.

So I literally just left Best Buy after 2 hours there trying to upgrade my Verizon phone. So 130PM Friday, January 26th, 2024, the associate decided he was done helping me because Verizon kept him on hold and then hung up on him. I asked him to please call them back....HE SAID NO. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Younger kid, maybe 21, I actually was crying because I was so frustrated. Do you think he cared???? NOPE!!!! I'm definitely calling Corporate, as there was an actual Verizon Representative that watched him treat me this way and he said absolutely NOTHING!!!!!!

Purchased a remote start. Had my appointment on January 11th. Geek squad did my installation wrong and the product does not work. Attempt to call numerous times, spoke with customer service representative in person. They took notes of the issue we were having and said that they would get this to the technician to have them contact us about bringing it in to get it fixed. 10 days later no one had contacted us. So we had to go again. Was informed someone would call us the following day. Finally contacted geek squad manager and the issue was still not resolved. Not really sure what to do at this point. Will not be recommending this store to anyone.
