We went in looking for shelves that you can mount on the wall and didn't have any luck. The store is full of things from food to tables with umbrellas though! Definitely a fun store to look around in.

Very pricy for what they sell. Not many employees are there to assist you while shopping. A handful of the employees are friendly while the others seem preoccupied and careless. A lot of there technology stuff is outdated and or limited to Apple products. The new set up is like they're wanting to be like TJ Max (not necessarily in a good way) but with a thrift store feeling. It's also sad to see that their Halloween selection isn't as full as it used to be and they are very quick to remove it for Christmas stuff.

Everyone at both north and valley locations have been extremely helpful and very quick!! Special shout out to Tim and Charlie. Coopers delivery is hands down the best around. Had an absolutely fabulous time with Ian and his boys. They installed everything rather quick even when training a new employee. Went above and beyond. The wonderful thing I loved is that they respect you and your furniture and make sure it is where you want and how you want it. I can't give them enough 5 stars. Coopers delivery at one of there many locations is the way to go. Charlie at Big Lots in the valley location is the way to go. These are some wonderful people who really care about your product and how it gets to you.

The lighting is easily bright enough to cause damage to vision. Not just impairment in the moment, but actual lasting damage. This is a liability issue. I've never been in a store nearly as bright as this one. I can't imagine people with lighter eyes or sensory sensitivities/Sensory Processing Disorder (a common disability, especially amongst Autistic people & people with ADHD) would be able to shop here. I usually bring my sunglasses to shop here comfortably, but forgot them this time. It really shouldn't be necessary to wear sunglasses to shop at Big Lots lol. I've decided I won't be coming back unless this liability issue is fixed because I support the local disabled community, but also to protect my vision from permanent damage.Big Lots: Please do your research on your lighting and do the right thing. Thank you!

Very nice hard working staff. We bought some furniture here and the lady that helped us was nothing but patient and helpful! Her and another guy also helped us load it up as well. Recommend this store they do have a lot of things to choose from. Also impressed with the stores appearance!

I had a horrible shopping experience here, probably the worst experience of my adult life. The cashier was horribly rude and even cussed me out. I called the store immediately after this happened and she said she would "talk to him". I also called the corporate office to lodge a complaint. Haven't heard anything from either. So it is my opinion they could care less about their customers. He even used the f-word towards me. May not ever go back to this store which is a shame.

Lost my phone and someone immediately took my phone with in 4 to 5 min they helped look but did not find it, then I got a call about an hour later and it was found thanks for giving the call
