If you ask for a quote, realize you will be paying for it. They don't have free quotes. I asked for a simple quote. They tried to charge me 350 bucks for a quote. These guys think they are very special people who deserve a lot of money for their time . STAY AWAY

Patrick and the team at C&H are great. We are new customers and had just driven our daughter’s Land Rover halfway across the country for her to start college. It had an issue right when we got there and they understood the situation, took us in right away and took care of the problem at a reasonable price. C&H is a super clean shop and they know their business! We have a lot of peace of mind now, knowing that they are there for our daughter’s automotive maintenance needs.

As a client for more than a quarter century, I have never had anything worse than a minor complaint, with many, many words of praise, for this well established shop. Over the years, C&H has serviced and repaired five vehicles for me. Its reliability, commitment to excellence and pleasant, personal service would exceed nearly anyone's expectations.

Since moving back to Spokane 6 years ago we’ve had our 2 Volvos serviced at C&H. Scott and team have always provided great service and communication. We wouldn’t consider taking our cars anywhere else.

The crew at C&H are far beyond amazing. Patrick exemplifies customer service at its highest level. From checking in my car, providing shuttle service to constant communication while my car was in the shop - Patrick really made me feel like the most important customer. And an added bonus and going above and beyond - when I came to pick up my car, the team took care of some scuff marks on my car. The tech took the extra time to buff out the paint marks. My X1 looked liked it just rolled off the showroom floor. I am a client for life... and we'll be bringing in our other car soon. You cannot go wrong with the service, the fair pricing and the overall professionalism of C&H Auto!

This was my first time going here. What an amazing shock I had! I walked in and was greeted by a cute doggie, then greeted by the staff. Very nice and professional. Patrick kept me informed the entire time of the happenings with my car. He was AWESOME! I left feeling very cared for and a smile on my face. Very trustworthy plave.
