This store needs to learn how to treat its customers first they try to get me kicked out for so called stilling which as seen on camera I did not do so there is that embarrassment in front of the whole store getting kicked out for no for which as seen on camera I did not do so there is that embarrassment in front of the whole store getting kicked out for no reason nothing and then you ignore them when I pull up to try get something from the store through your Call box you just go behind the counter and stare just because Jordan O’Neel is my x doesn’t make me any less of a paying Customer

I don't live in the area and was in town to visit a sick family member.Came in to get a beverage and a snack and was sneered at from the first moment I walked in.I ignored the snarl and went about my business.....untill I asked a question about a price on a water bottle for almost $7?!?!?!The manager smirked and rolled her eyes as she told me it was indeed that price because the bottle was aluminum.Like this one can was worth 7 dollars in recycling.So I said I asked because where I live they were 2 for dollar.....she rolled her eyes again and said "I doubt that"Whatever so I went and grabbed a few things and she and whomever she was training filled me around.Got my drink,snack and left.I'll never gl to a NO. NOM again.Wort customer service ever ....they can have there 7 dollar water....never again

For a store that serves hot food they never have any. Especially on Saturday morning. And it's not that they ran out, they just don't make it. Have no food ready for the customers at all. And the little girl who works there's rude rude as can be. I'm just going somewhere else Mavericks is right down the road

Staff is excellent and has been excellent since the location became nom nom. It is better than the zip trip previously and they have always tried to maintain staffing

I stopped in at this location to get some gas and I also needed to use the restroom. While I was washing my hand the employee banged on the door and yelled that if I didn’t get out of there they were going to call the cops on me. I finished washing my hands and I came out of the restroom then I paid for my gas and exited the location. I was extremely offended by the employees treatment of me and would not recommend this place to anyone.

@ approximately 7.25 p.m. one of the employees had an aggressive attitude from when I walked the store. I asked if she could look up a certain item on her computer and she asked me to go look in the wall in freezer.She continued to have an attitude and as I told her walking out the store hope you have a better night as she flipped me off. She was highly disrespectful and Super unprofessional

I agree every employee working here needs to go to some kind of customer service class or get a different job where your not working with the public! There was only 1 nice guy & the rest are very rude.

Was over charged on my card by the chick working the register and as she was doing that to me she was being called out by a different customer for not giving him all of his change back.. sounds almost like that employee is try to make some extra money each shift it was around 7pm so stay clear around then.
