Come here all time, but not cool when a store says that its open tell 11 pm and 10:45 doors are locked and long hair kid inside has place shut down and 6 customers turned away upset…. Frustration don’t say ur open tell 11 if ur not.

Brandon was super rude, short & inconsiderate when I came in there to pay for gas with a 100.00 bill. He was annoyed because I was paying with it. Get some employees with customer service skills & kindness, my gosh. ?

Nomnom gas station and convenience store located on 57th and Regal is a 5 star establishment. Super well ran by excellent employees who always go the extra mile in customer service. They are super busy, but always get customers in-and-out and taken care of. 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As I walked up to the front door. The employee on staff locked all entryways and ran to what I assume is the back office. I waited and knocked for 10 minutes. Nothing. Cool. This was at 7:45pm mind you.

I went in there at 12:30 on September 25th to buy 6 packs of cigarettes she was nice and be getting in it when I walked out the door she said something very rude to me. I don't appreciate that. And if it continues on I will never come to that store again. And I will let others know the same thing. It's not the first time she's been rude to me either

Restrooms are unavailable. Employee decided to close them because the store closes in the next hour and a half. Frustrating, but then she’s also improperly wearing a mask despite it being plastered all over the store that masks are required if not vaccinated. Overall poor experience and we will take our business elsewhere.

I came here almost out of gas just 15 minutes before closing with only cash and no money on a card expecting to be able to go inside to pay really quick to only find out they were already closed, no one in sight, the lights were still on but both doors locked. About 5 minutes later a green/ brown haired employ came out of the washroom looking annoyed that I was sitting out front trying to get gas. She than ignored me when they were still supposed to be open... never coming back here again. I've only had rude experiences every time I come, the employees don't were face mask and will argue if u ask for them to wear them properly while there's signs all over the store stating mask are required.

I was at the store on 57th this afternoon. The clerk had her mask over her mouth but not her nose. I told her the mask wouldn’t work unless it’s covering her nose and mouth. She responded that it just falls down. I had a package of masks in my purse and offered it to her. Her response was, “if you’re going to hassle me I don’t have to serve you”. I responded that I was trying to keep her and her customers safe. She repeated her comment. At that point I said she she didn’t need to serve me, and I left. There are very visible posting requiring masks in the store. I would expect this is also for staff. If you value your health, stay away from this store!

Accidentally bought the wrong carwash at the pump. Sent another person in to upgrade carwash. Told Sam that I bought the wrong one and wanted the more expensive carwash. Didn't get a receipt with purchase receipt 1st time. Went back in and got receipt. Went to the carwash and entered it at which point the halfway into carwash I realized it was giving me the original one I had bought. Looked at receipt, and Sam had recharged me for the cheap carwash. $16 later with no carwash I explained the situation. At which time I was told I could buy another but that because I had entered it, it was used therefore he would not upgrade it.. Not sure how I was supposed.to figure out I had purchased a 2nd wrong carwash without the machine tipping me off which requires me to enter it. Maybe someone out there is smarter than I and can tell me how that is done when I received only a number??? Didnt get 1st receipt as I was upgrading so after 16$ my car is filthy and all sam can do is tell me too bad I can buy another.

Worst gas station on south Hill. Evening guy always seems to have an attitude, gas is always several cents higher than the Maverick down the road and it's impossible to find a spot to park if you don't want gas. Don't dare pull to the side of the building to run in because they will have a fit over that too.
