Came to open a business account and was told to wait in the lobby. The person I was supposed to talk to was on the phone talking about some damn private matters. Careless that he had a customer wait for over 10 minutes to talk to him. Very unprofessional.

Aweful! It’s the holidays and they automatically reduced my credit limit by 2k when I’ve never missed a payment. Rude on the phone. Shady customer service. Cutting this card up and switching to my other bank!!!

Just sat in drive through for 18 minutes making a simple deposit. The lady was extremely rude an unprofessional. Will be filing a complaint with corporate, and taking my banking else where.

Great service! It’s not my first time going there and every time the customer service is amazing! I never have to wait. It’s super easy to open an account there that’s why I recommended this bank to my parents. Evan is very helpful!! He was very nice and helped my parents to open their first accounts there. If you don’t speak English, it’s not a problem. They offer an interpreter to help you.

Not impressed by the lack of care from chase and this specific branch. Their willingness to close someone's account after 15 years of being a customer is pretty disturbing. I went in on Saturday and was asking the gentleman to recommend when I should close my account because I had autopays coming out. Not once did this guy even try to save my account or me as a customer. His body language and tone of voice made me feel as if I was a complete inconvenience to his day.

Amazingly terrible customer service. I've never had a more difficult, or frustrating time cashing a check. I'll never bank with these asshats, or accept a check from chase again .

Not once did this guy even try to save my account or me as a customer. His body language and tone of voice made me feel as if I was a complete inconvenience to his day. So he ended up closing my account for me (which I requested because what he told me) but never asked if I had any outstanding checks. Then after he closed it he said to just leave the money in the account to cover the outstanding checks and chase may or may not bounce the outstanding checks because the account is now in pending closed status? Even though the money was in the account to cover it?? This was so irritating and exactly what I asked him to prevent. Then when I showed my frustration he put it all on me saying "well you asked me to close your account". WOW!!! Ya buddy after you pretty much said it would be ok. Then when he got uncomfortable handling my frustration he pushed it over to another girl at the bank and said she would finish up with me. How aweful to treat anyone like that let alone someone that gave you there business for so long. I don't like feeling that my business doesn't matter especially since I was a customer for so long. And I surely don't like when someone tells me it's ok to go ahead and close my account without asking the proper questions so I could make this type of decision so it didn't affect my account in a negative way. Bankers should be a little more caring or at least ask the right questions instead of putting it all of on the consumer. This is exactly why after 15 years I closed my chase account. Vertually no care what so ever for their customers.
