Al in golf was amazing. We originally went to dicks to get my dad a new set of clubs for Father's Day and Al offered to assist us. He was very kind and allowed my dad to actually try out the clubs and gave him some great tips. I'm sure he's a golfer himself. Really what my dad appreciated most is that he didn't immediately try to sell us the most expensive clubs, he gave us his honest opinion on a few sets and let my dad try them out for himself. Great experience and will definitely shop here again.

Garbage customer service. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store as I was told that if I didn’t not keep my receipt it would not matter as they kept records of all warranties. For the last week I have left my information with the managers who promised me they would get back to me with the information i needed. When I called today a representative told me it was my fault and that they do not keep that information. Do not waste your mom on warranty from a place who keeps no records on it.

I was asked by an employee if I was finding everything I needed and I replied " no not at all, could you ..." Interupting my sentence the employee replied "that's good" and walked away. I left the store.

Found some bargains for both my husband and I. Personally I feel the best sports wear is ridiculously overpriced. Especially considering the small amount of material in some of these items. Nice store and friendly staff.

Never ordering from Dick’s Sporting Goods again. They charged my account twice for one order. So instead of being charged $92.00, my account was charged $92.00 twice for a total of $184.00 being taken from my account. I called the store and they said this happens all the time and I just needed to wait a few days for one of the charges to fall off. Wow. I am a single mom who doesn’t have the extra money to lend dick’s sporting goods, a corporation who shouldn’t need to use my money.After reading a lot of other review about Dick’s Sporting Goods, I’m apparently not the only one who has experienced this. This seems to be a very common practice for this business.I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.

One could walk around this huge sporting goods store 10 times and not be asked if they need assistance.Why the 5☆s? Once you do lock eyes with an employee, they give their best to assist you. Selections are nice. From apparel, to bikes, to weights, to weight machines; place has a great variety.Parking is plentiful, and store is clean.Good quality items, and some are pricey. There's a price range of medium to high here. Don't come here looking for cheap made inexpensive goods. Fun shopping experience overall. Sizes are limited in certain items, so feel free to call them first before driving over for availability.
