The vehicle I had reserved wasn’t available when I arrived. Meagan made sure I was happy and found a vehicle to suit the needs of our group. She did a great job making sure I was happy with the outcome.

I always have a pleasant experience when renting from Enterprise, however in this last experience there was only one agent to handle many guests and they were experiencing computer issues. Being that it was 9:30 at night and several people were having to stand around waiting, some with small children was the issue. The employee handled the situation beautifully and was apologetic and courteous which made the situation bearable. The rental I received was clean and completely gassed up! I was very satisfied with my experience returning the vehicle as an employee met me in the return area and asked if I had any issues and made sure that I did not forget any of my belongings. These are the reasons why I continue to choose Enterprise whenever I need to rent a car!!

Both the rental and return processes were excellent. Picked up my vehicle on the scheduled date and returned it at my destination location without any problems. The rental return location also gave me a lift to my destination hotel. The entire process was amazing and the employees at both ends were courteous, friendly, and very professional. Amazing experience.

Enterprise is the absolute BEST car rental agency I have used them all for business and personal travel. Enterprise employs talented and personable staff; has a nice vehicle selection; fair prices; and clean cars.They are tops in my book.

We had a great experience with our Enterprise rental. The counter agent was professional, quick and very friendly. He made our pick-up so easy which was especially appreciated after a long flight! The car was clean and ready to roll! Returning the car could not have been easier! We are so glad we chose Enterprise!

Pro: Service was efficient. The vehicle was new and in good condition. Con: we were charged $30 for returning the car 25 minutes after our scheduled return time. However, 15 of those minutes were waiting in line to return the vehicle. So,We technically arrived 10minutes late and charged $30 for ten minutes. Most companies offer their members a 30-60min grace period. But, I guess, not this one.

I had the best experience renting with Enterprise this time. Originally Charity gave me the car I requested, but when I got out there, a very pretty BMW SUV was sitting next to my rental. I went back inside and asked Charity if I could get the BMW & she happily changed my reservation. She was so sweet about it & dIsn’t get grumpy with me for the extra work. She’s a class act!!The return was easy & simple. The guy who helped me was very nice, I talked his ear off (asking questions) he didn’t have an opportunity to tell me his name and I didn’t notice it on his shirt, but he was friendly & very nice.

Smooth ride and very comfortable. Love the extra room and passenger seats were just as comfortable. Best of all the easy return. We had a very helpful and knowledgeable Enterprise employee check is in quickly and we were able to make our flight home. Yay Enterprise!

Multiple experiences at GEG. The counter staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. Good choice of vehicles, which were clean and ready to roll. Returns were handled quickly. Easy, quick access from the terminal on foot. No shuttle needed. Cars are close. Smooth experiences every time. Highly recommend.

No one ever answers the phone at any location, but specifically the Spokane location. I called over 5 times after going through the whole pre recorded stuff and clicking through menu options and nope, nothing. just kept ringing. during their office hours, mind you. I finally just drove up there because the tire in my rental was constantly leaking air since I got it and it wasn’t safe, nor was it my fault. When I got there they looked so confused and there were at least 3 attendants, all of which weren’t doing anything. Why not answer the phone? Do better.

Ben was amazing when we rented the car at the rental desk. The manager was also so very kind in getting us what we needed. We appreciated both of them. The service was seamless. The car was easy to find.

I booked a car over a month in advance, checked in, and showed up to the counter the day of to be told the system flinched TWO days prior and they overbooked and didn't have a car for my family and I. No prior warning given and no advice/ customer service was provided other than a 15 passenger van or to go to a competitor next door. Horrible experience and have now been waiting 3.5 weeks on a call back about this.

We’ve been flying to Spokane for years, especially because it’s cheaper flying here than Boise. All times they have given us reliable vehicles with the exception of one time which the manager acknowledged that the vehicle was not driving too properly and gave us a free upgrade. I was never able to use the free upgrade until this year which is two years later - but the current manager honored it for this trip and even as far as to give us a vehicle we requested that withstood the winter storm and big equipment we had. The only con is that when trying to do an online reservation it seems it is not updated and made us originally have to reserve to downtown location which is was opposite way but luckily I had time to go up to the reservation desk and get taken care of right away.Just FYI if you do get a vehicle reserved you can check in through their app or online to have that all sorted out - and if enterprise cannot accommodate Alamo can, they are owned by the same company and manager can approve vehicles from the “other agency” that’s under their umbrella

Rented a sedan for just one day. Pickup at airport was super easy. We had to drop car before opening hours but it was no problem. Left car and dropped in in drop box. Highly recommend Enterprise!
