The Ladies and Gentlemen (staff) of Extra Space Storage have always treated me and any situation that may have come up has always been very professional, kind and friendly. They all made me feel like a human and not a problem for them to force them to do something like actual work. But not here. They treat people like a valued tenant vs. Like the worst thing to happen to them for the day.The Diamond Storage on Sunset BlvdWow those employees and owners are crooks!! Stay away from those (A) holes..

do not! i repeat do not rent here!!!!!!!!! this company has raised the rates every 6 months each time over $20! this time its $35/month. rental was $125 and since 2020 covid its not $235! yea.they also limit your access times to your stuff, they shut down during storms, no access! but if you want to pay them adjustable rates .. .where you get bent over again and again and again. do not rent here ! there are much better places in spokane!!! dont be fooled by their free month. they will just raise rents to cover it!

This storage facility is absolutely amazing! The cleanest units I have ever seen! I enjoy my experience every time I win a storage auction at this location. Great staff! very customer friendly always have a smile on their face every time you go in. I will see you all again I’m sure. Thank you for the amazing experience. The staff is amazing. Go in person to set up your account. I originally set up a unit online, and like some reviewers have mentioned, the online rate is a promotional rate and it will at some point spike. I went in on a Saturday to get help understanding my rate and to upgrade unit to something larger. Jose was amazing and helped me find a better option where I have double the space for only 25% more money. He walked me through the process of transferring my stuff and made sure I was good to go with my new access codes before I walked out.There are probably cheaper storage facilities in town, but the staff, cleanliness, and atmosphere here will keep me as a customer for a long time.

I would give this post 5 stars except for the poor action of corporate.After 3 months they jacked my bill a Lot with zero notice. Said they mailed a 30 day notice to last known address. Go figure; that's another state Thus my belongings in storage! They sure know how to txt monthly with due date!Bad business practice from Corp.But, The One thing that saves them is the incredible manager named Heidi.Prior to moving to Spokane, by phone I searched for storage so I could have time to find a home. Heidi helped me get in a perfect climate controlled, well lit, clean unit so when I showed up it was ready for me.Any time I wished to speak with her she always spoke with kind understanding & made effort to help in any way. Heidi demonstrated textbook excellent customer skills. Heidi is too good for this company but thank goodness for her. As long as she is manager, you can count on being treated with respect.Thank you Heidi for lessening the stress of an already tough time moving state to state. Storing one's life belongings is a big responsibility and potential risk.

This is a review of the facility at 7615 N. Division Street in Spokane, Washington. Jessica the young lady who helped us was very professional and personable, she took the time to explain the details of the contract showed us one of the storage units so we had an idea of what size we may need. Jessica, what a fun and beautiful personality she has, thank you for making the whole process painless. Now as far as the facility itself all I can say is that it was very clean and looked well taken care of.

Jose was Great and very knowledgeable. He got us the best rate, showed us our unit, and got us set up in less than 30 minutes. Now that’s what I call A-1 Customer Service!

The storage is clean and well maintained. The workers are nice. My ding is with the price model. After about 6 months, we received notification that the rent was increasing by more than 20% with little advance notice. Others had warned us that this is the normal practice. I assume they only want short-term clients...buyer beware!

Had by far the best experience at this location. Heidi and Jose were amazing service representatives. They were considerate, helpful, and completely gracious in anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Went there today wasn’t expecting to get a storage unit just wanted to look for the right one. However the lady we had was so amazing and it was the last one available so we got it. Such a clean and beautiful storage unit. I am very happy I chose this place(:

I feel blessed knowing that people on the other side of the phone cares about people like me. I forgot her name ( Sarah) not sure, but she was helping me with the storage on N. Division. She was very helpful and kind to answer my questions. I am forever grateful and very appreciative with to her.. Having some one calm and understand what you are looking for on the phone is a big deal. Especially when I am travel far away knowing that I can trust this company. Good place to store your stuff. The back stairs are alittle tight but besides that great place! The girls in the office are excellent!! They deserve a raise!!

Super kind and considerate staff, and especially caring of college students! I noticed North Division in particular is very understanding and awesome when working with first time renters. I almost forgot to pay my months rent, and they made sure to call me 2 days before the final date to, respectfully, remind me! Something unheard of for a Cali resident! They’re fair with pricing and very good at communicating any necessary information. Definitely suggest!
