Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well stocked inventory. Clean store. Went in with some concerns about potentially needing some additional foot support for daily activities (standing/walking/running). My feet and gait were analyzed using both technology and observation. I was presented with the analytical report and recommendations on options for addressing the issues. There was no pressure to buy. A very comfortable experience. I left feeling like my concerns were addressed. I will go again as the need arises.

Three years in a row I've come to fleet feet to get my scan done. Always get wonderful customer service and a shoe (tool) to take care of my body relieving pressure off my joints. Giving me what I need to tackle life and exercise.

Excellent customer service from, I believe his name was Trevor. He scanned my feet and I had no idea I put pressure on my left heel more than the rest of my foot. Showed me the recommendations for inserts. And then brought out 3 pairs of shoes of recommendations to try on. I may go back for inserts. But I found the shoes cheaper online else where.

I went here today in the hopes that they might be able to assist me with dealing with my plantar fasciitis. Reo was very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered me solutions that covered a range of costs. It was clear that he was not just trying to make a big sale but rather to truly help a hurting customer and make them into a loyal customer. The insoles he suggested literally cut my pain in half by the time I left the store. He also reiterated that if they were not helping I could return them up to 60 days! Great service. And I'm so hopeful that this will help heal my foot!

Amazing service at this store. Brought my daughter here for work shoes and have to say I am so impressed with every aspect of this place. This is not your average shoe store! Reo really took great care of us explaining things and helping us find exactly what we needed. I can't wait to go back and buy myself a pair. This place takes excellent care of their customers.

Fleet Feet North, my sales associate was REO. The knowledge he has about the shoes was impressive, but he also has great people skills. He talked me through my concerns and particular needs and I feel very comfortable with the final decisions. If he worked for me I would give him a raise!I'm sure the shoes will be great to wear. The store is clean and very organized store. The selections are good and if they do not have your item in stock they search the other stores or their website so you can have the shoe you want and need.

Great place to get a very detailed fitting and lots of personal attention while trying shoes whether you're a runner or looking for a great fitting shoe for everyday. Great selection of other running gear as well.

Was greeted by a very professional guy who not only understood the details of how running shoes work, but tried very hard to find me the perfect pair of shoes. Ultimately the shoes I was looking for weren't available in store, but I was able to go to their website and find them there, all thanks to this professional who pointed me in that direction. Will for sure use this company for my future shoe needs - and I will also highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great quality, comfortable shoes.

Reo at the north Spokane store was SUPER helpful! I work 10hr days on concrete and needed relief asap. He gave me so much info about my body with that scan platform. I appreciate his input - he found me shoes, support socks and insoles that fit like a dream! These guys are seriously life/game changers! I'll be back!!!

Excellent, informative service. I was referred to Fleet Feet by frailly and friends. I broke my foot and I am still recovering. After seeing a specialist and having them recommend a more supportive show that would allow for insert's and trying to sell me a pair of brooks that was not my style. I decided to make an appointment at Fleet Feet. From the moment I walked in I was kicking myself for not going sooner. Rio (Northside) was so helpful and knowledgeable. I learned far more than I had ever imagined in a "Shoe store" I left with an amazing pair of Mizuno's a brand I would have never chosen for myself, some great socks to accompany the new shoes and a sense of hope for less foot pain as I recover. Rio listened to my questions in a way that made me feel heard. Not just listening so he could have a canned response. He walked me through the fit process, he was genuine and forthright. I HIGHLY recommend Fleet Feet. Do something amazing for yourself and go see Rio! I am a loyal Feet Fleet customer for life now.
