My husband bought Xbox series s and was sold a Xbox s 500 and didn’t know till he got home and opened the box and he called them the next day and they told him that he couldn’t return it because the box was opened I wouldn’t recamend GameStop to anyone

Sad return policy. Buy yours at Costco or Walmart. ? I am a returning customer to GameStop. I recently bought a PS5. Upon purchase I was told I had 30 days to return it. I called to say to verify that I could return it and was instructed over the phone that I could and to come in. The console was still factory sealed and in mint condition. We just decided that we didn’t need 2 PS5s. However, I was denied the return when I got there because they said it was outside the window and it was only returnable for 15 days.They said the need to update their return policy at that store. Not the employees fault, just bad info. I would have happily accepted store credit but that wasn’t an option either. Lesson learned. Shop elsewhere.

Super cool guys whenever you call, they know where everything is and just about any answer to a question you got, also the GameStop corporation isn't representative of the employees there, the employees are awesome and kind so I don't get why so many people have an issue with this GameStop

Deceptive sales tactics and rude management... They attempted to add a 25 dollar charge to the end of my transaction for a membership that they assured me was for a free membership. When I pointed out the issue the female manager began telling me how long she's been working for gamestop and attempted to insult my intelligence. To that manager $25-$15 is not in fact free....

Staff saw we had an item to sell to them and still proceeded to close the store for an hour long lunch. We patiently waited as this is a smaller store in a smaller town. However, upon returning, the staff member stated that he could not do purchasing and that we would have to come back when a different staff member was in the store. We promptly left and have no plans to return to this store. Although we understand the inconvenience that occurred, we didn't deserve to have our time wasted to be turned away.

Jake (shake ‘n’ bake) was honestly one of the nicest and helpful person working there. He helped me with an adapter for my switch and was very informative and very cool. I would highly recommend getting help from him, as he well deliver and more!

Overall a decently well organized GameStop. Employees are generally nice, and stock is always moderatly full. Don't mind stopping in when I'm in the area. Minus 1 star because their trade in system was down
