Attempted to drop off a very good microwave as a donation this morning I knocked on the back door. No one answered, but the door was open. There was no signs posted saying that I could not walk in. He said I was trespassing when all I wanted to do was drop off a microwave, this particular person named Johnathon was very rude disrespectful of his elders and did not treat the customer with any respect whatsoever. He should be fired for the way he spoke to me today. All I did was try to donate an item. He could’ve just taken the microwave and been about his business instead he wanted to argue with me, I’m old enough to be his mother and he sat there and argue with me over me going through the door because no one was back there, but the door was unlocked so if they don’t want people to come in, they should post a sign that says do not come in Only for employees or something he never did, and when I addressed that to him, he continued to argue with me he was combative and argumentative, and I told him to kiss my you know what I slam my trunk and took it to the other Goodwill downtown. They deserve it better than the one on the northwest Boulevard, he definitely needs some coaching on how to handle customers who are bringing gifts of donation to the store.

This Goodwill is my absolute favorite one to go to. It is ALWAYS clean, fresh smelling, organized (I haven’t found one that can compete in being organized and clean) and welcoming. I had an experience today with the Manager, Tim. I talked to him about the difference in prices on identical items. He actually listened to what I had to say, didn’t make excuses, and acted accordingly. He resolved my problem quickly and fairly. He actually took time to focus on my feedback to where I felt actually heard. By letting me know that he, as well as Manager Kim, were always available to talk to, I felt valued as a customer. I would 100% recommend visiting this store, you will not be disappointed. *Chefs kiss* to the hard working employees. You guys are the best!

This is supposed to be a “used item” store. Yet it is SOO Expensive for being used!! Selling clothes with holes in them for 5.99? Or selling Walmart tank tops for more than what Walmart sells them for? This is highly disappointing for those that shop for the prices. The prices here need to go WAY down! Let alone the store needs air fresheners like no ones business it stinks so bad in there! Employees attitudes sucked. No customer service whatsoever.

DOES NOT ACCEPT UPHOLSTERY FURNITURE ITEMS. IM NOT MAD JUST LETTING OTHER PEOPLE KNOW. And people need to stop donating their garbage. There's a dump on sunset hwy. And no thrift store in spokane will accept YOUR USED UNDERWARE OR SOCKS. PLEASE THROW THEM AWAY.

Love this Goodwill! They have the best lighting of all the Goodwills I've been to in Spokane, which makes the shopping experience 10x better. The staff is always friendly and respectful. It is clean. They have open fitting rooms too. Fair prices and good selection!

Hands-down, best Goodwill in Spokane. And beyond. Store is very well-organized and the prices are generally still good. Visiting other Goodwills in different parts of the country made me really happy this is my local store. Employees friendly and store is tidy. Constant supply of new inventory.
