Long long line. 10 plus people waiting. 2 cashiers who were returning items instead of just checking out people. Manager being sarcastic because people didn't appreciate the long line and wait. I will not stop here again.

the reason I'm giving them only one star is because I used their website on my phone simply to look up a product and now someone claiming to be HF has hacked my email and are sending me spam SUSPICIOUS SINCE EVERY TIME I SHOP THERE THEY WANT MY EMAIL

Great place to save money on tools. The tools do go out of stock often here, but the Spokane Valley location does not. The parking lot often times has some rough looking people creeping around. Make sure to lock your vehicle

Well priced tools - I bought an Apache case here and it kept my sensitive scientific measurement equipment safe when flying back to the UK. Most of the tools are definitely not intended to be used over extended periods for intense jobs, but just like Wickes back in England there are a variety of products at competitive prices. Great for when you need tools to complete an isolated or rare task and don't want to break the bank.

Sucks you in with a good credit line. Then overtime starts dropping it and ruining your credit. Cash is fine stay away from the credit though.

Great place if you are trying to put anything together most of the time they have whatever it is you're looking for. Just be careful your basket could end up costing you a lot when you leave. One thing I've noticed everything they having the store is made cheaply so you might have to replace it sooner than later but if you need that specialty ranch or you're a do-it-yourselfer they've got pretty much everything a guy could want.

Harbor Freight is great for the diy'er and the financially challenged. Good customer service but the sales coupons seem to never work out for me.

Great warranty.Harbor Freight used to be known for 'throw away tools' as the quality was poor in comparison to the more expensive name brand tools.The quality has improved tremendously since then as well as their selection of all kinds of tools, hardware, clamps, lights, welding gear, garden stuff, paint supplies, gloves, winches, power tools, the list goes on and on.They offer several price points on a large variety of power tools. It's set up similar to a good, better, best structure. For example a drill might come in three different varieties for the novice user up to someone using that tool everyday. Prices normally a reflection of quality and features offered. We tend to go with the higher priced item to get the best quality especially since it's still such a value compared to other brands! Plus we use our tools a lot! If you don't, then they have a good option for you as well!Bonus: they offer a fantastic warranty and return policy, you really can't beat it.This is by far one of my favorite stores!!Join the membership to save tons of money! It's a little upfront cost but if you shop here more then a few times a year, it's totally worth it!!

This place bamboozled my girlfriend. They used a good attitude to pull a switcheroo while she was trying to return some items. She returned some items successfully but this magician of a cashier switched the most expensive item with a cheaper one and gave the love of my life less money than we deserved. A 20$ item was given to the perp and she gave us credit for a much cheaper 3$ item. She pulled a fast one right under my girlfriend's beautiful shnozz. Would not recommend this location but might recommend cashier/magician to perform at my nephews birthday.
