I took my Subaru here to be serviced in the middle of a road trip from California to Quebec. I chose this location because of the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. First of all, I was on a tight schedule that day and I was able to get my car back at around the estimated time they gave me. They also removed a small service item from the standard maintenance work list because they determined my car did not need it yet and saved me some money. I got quotes for this service from a few cities along my route and theirs came out to be the fairest. If I'm in the area again and need service, this is where I'd go.

I was impressed with the promptness of their ability to schedule my repair. My interaction with Jason, Cody, McKenna was excellent, the repair cost was so reasonable and even the technician added a note to the work order on how to avoid my issue in the future! I’m going to make my shop, Hopkins.

Hopkins has always been easy to work with and works to save you money when doing repairs. They don't add services you don't need.

I was very happy with setting my appointment and the speed in which my oil change got done. I do feel the invoice could have been a little more detail. I called back to ask if the fluids were checked and topped off, they replied yes, but that info was not on the invoice. All in all I've been very satisfied with my doings with Hopkins service.

I currently own a 2009 Subaru Outback that has almost 140,000 miles. Hopkins Automotive has taken care of this car for the last 100,000 miles. I believe the car has lasted as long as it has because of the attention to service the mechanics at Hopkins have provided. Everyone is friendly and professional. For Subaru service, Hopkins Auto is the only business I would recommend. My problem now is when I decide to buy a newer car, it will most likely be a Subaru because I cannot think of any car repairs or maintenance without Hopkins Automotive. They are that good.
