H&R block is always a good way and helpful for your taxes very knowledgeable. Focus everything details for the question and answer of your taxes filling papers form. Very much helpful and in the end you have a nice feeling to get done your taxes without a problem.

Walked in with wife and child to get taxes done. Before even starting, I asked what the wait time would be as we had our child. Emily, the girl at the front desk, told me there would be no wait. 5 minutes later, another customer walks in thirty minutes early for their appointment. After an hour and a half we finally went to another HR block and got taken immediately. I will not be back to this location. I don't appreciate being lied to and having my time wasted.

Prices are ridiculously high for a simple return. $300 for 30 minutes of work.

My specialist John was very knowledgeable and welcoming during my visit. I enjoyed most when we were talking like two gentlemen just having casual conversations about all we talked about regarding taxes and our personal lives.

Because H&R block is very easy to work with and they help you each step of the way and that is very helpful because I'm still learning how to do my taxes. I will be using H&R block again.

1. The tax preparer was kind and knowledgeable except for the tax amount we had to pay in was set to be taken out of our account. I very specifically said I did not want to sit on a ton of money in my checking account. I was told it would be taken out on the date she put in. This did not happen and still has not. We called in about it and we're told the IRS was not excepting them yet. That's fine but I would not have set it up like that if I was told this at my appointment.2. The amount charged truly is too high. For 30-45 minutes of time.3. The front desk lady was not very kind or knowledgeable when my husband called in to ask about the tax amount not being taken out on the set date.4. Overall I find myself frustrated with this visit. I never have been before.
