Been going through Jackson Hewitt for years now. Never had a problem. This year was terrible we went from getting 7k to 34 dollars. The tax preparer should have known this would happen as he authorized something he should have been aware of as well! Then we paid them almost 500 dollars to do our taxes to tell us we are basically screwed and we aren’t even able to pay the advance we got with our taxes. We will not be coming back next year!!

This was stress free, fast appointment I was able to go to my local Wal-Mart . Doree explained everything, was very polite and helpful. I was in and out. Did not have to come up with the charge for doing my tax's, was taken right out of my refund.Thanks again. Great service.

I have done my own taxes for years. So having someone else do them was a real stretch for my comfort level. However, the representative was friendly and professional and put me at ease rapidly. She asked questions without making me feel stupid. I would recommend Jackson Hewitt to anybody wholeheartedly!
