I was so excited to get my first credit card from Kohl's !! It was a great feeling of accomplishment ...now if I can only get to know how to use all the rewards,discounts and coupons ect .. and it wasn't the best customer service experience I have ever had !! It IWII.... I'll GO BACK!

Being told item was by one, get one 50%off. Went to where item was, took pic of sale item was and showed sales clerk it was 1/2 off clearance and not by one then get one 50% off. We got our item for the advertised price and left.Sales clerk should have known the price of the slippers and not have told us we were wrong in the first place, when we were not!You have lost a good customer!
