Scheduled my appointment online. Easy check in at the office. Was taken right back. The facility was clean. Even though my lab sheet didn’t have all codes on it, the technician didn't complain and was able to find all the draws needed. She was quick, professional and friendly. We bonded over babies. I was also impressed with the other technician who did a blood draw on a 6 or 7 year old. The technician did it in one try and was quick. The kid didn’t even cry.

I had a horrible experience at this LabCorp location when I brought my 11 year old nonverbal severely autistic son in for a blood draw. The tall young male tech was very rude and had a serious attitude problem and I ended up leaving with my son without getting the blood draw completed because it was all I could do not to bust his teeth down his throat.

Website says they close at noon on Saturday.We arrived at 11:30. Door's locked and nobody there.My Daughter needed critical lab work for pneumonia. I will let all the medical staff know where the broken link is.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Waited 30 minute in hall when no one was their to work on except the lady who works there. She could not get any blood and proceeded to give me the worst nerve pain ever experienced, still can only feel half my hand. They really need to train better as clearly thus woman had no clue on what she was doing.

This was the best blood draw of my life! I prefer giving birth to giving blood, but this experience may have turned that table for me. The poke was so small and the rest was painless. I was allowed to lay in a recliner. I walked away thinking that maybe I wouldn't die the next time I have to do this. Thank you for a great experience!

Technician made a random comment to my teen daughter while doing her blood draw about school bonds not passing because of "Indians" meaning Native Americans, which I happened to be a enrolled member of myself. Very rude, and inappropriate. We barely have any Natives in our area and for her to bring race up was completely unnecessary and shocking. Considering my daughter's school is 97% Caucasian and just there to get her regular blood draw. Will not be back to any labcorp again.

This location is great. The staff is very kind and helpful. Most times I have gone here the wait was very short. Clean and great!

phenomenal customer service. Jeremy and Bridget were incredibly helpful in getting me and Anyi- body Test for COVID-19 without a doctor recommendation through their website. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Cheerful and joyful customer service.

I have been going here for years. They always do a great job. I love how they offer online reservations and check in so you only have to go in when they are ready to help you. Always friendly and expert staff.

NO DISTANCING IN WAITING AREA. It is a tiny waiting area, it was full and no distancing or partitions were up. For how serious this pandemic is, this is a location that should be poviding saftey measures. Shame on you labcorp. If it wasnt a HIPPA violation to take a photo of patients in a waiting room, i would have taken one.
