They did a great job with my 20 month old’s blood draw! They even sang to her while they did it and had lots of prizes and stickers. So glad her pediatrician told me to go to this clinic!

There is not a desk receptionist to check you in, this greatly threw me off, when I attempted to ask if someone could check me in the employee was abrasive, called me rude, and stormed off. I have severe anxiety so double checking that the check-in/billing process is correct is very important to me, but thanks to this service I'm going to be worrying for weeks that I'm going to get an unexpected medical bill because something wasn't recorded properly. Would not recommend using this particular location.

There were two workers in the back that didn't acknowledge anyone. I was going in to get my blood drawn for the first time, so I asked them some questions. They seemed very annoyed and just called me back. The visit was quick and easy, I just didn't feel welcomed.

I was going to take my second drug screening test at this location. The first time I went here it was really speedy and quite chill. The fir time I was the same amount of time late that I was for my second test (10 minutes) . The only difference is I got to take my test the last time. I drive all the way across town from my school to my sons school be which gets me to my sons 5 minutes before or after 3:30, I then drop him off a home with his mother who has a baby. The people that where working this time where extremely rude and not understanding at all, I mean I was in and out in ten minutes the first time and that was taking our sweet time. All I had to do is pee in a cup and be done. The one employee that helped me the first time was extremely nice and helpful. He has great customer service and hard working unlike the other employees, they can learn a thing or two from him instead leaving early and being rude. Thanks a lot, and if I miss my timing to do this for this career I want to start I'm going to be PO'd.......It takes 5 minutes don't be dumpsters to people just because your doctors.

I was to leave a urine sample so on the screen chose. Urine drop off. I was behind 7 ppl but he called me up right away like I was hoping.The dude with the headband asked for my drop off I said I needed a cup to leave it in. He was annoyed and brought me over to make a label and I asked if I could get a couple extra cups because I have frequent UTI's. He got it all in a bag but no cup to use now. He said well you made it sound like you wanted to do it at home! When I left the sample he said next time choose the labwork option. He never gave me any extra cups and he was totally rude! I won't be back to that lab!

I was a little worried about having my blood drawn here due to the negative reviews, but everything was great! Super easy in and out and the phlebotomist who did the draw was efficient and friendly. Zero complaints!

I LOVE how spacious Labcorp is! My last Dr office had a lab that had no windows and was the size of a closet. It is hard to get blood from me! My veins are deep and like to roll I have been told. I saw a pregnant lady named Amanda! She was fabulous! My Dr never sent her the test info that she needed in order to know what tests to do. She was super nice about calling my Dr upstairs and having the order faxed. She was great company to talk to! She got blood from me on her 1st try! I was very impressed! I recommend this place to EVERYONE! Give Amanda some special props! She even said to me #Ain't no hood like motherhood#! Lol it was a good conversation as we waited for the Dr orders! Give this amazing woman a raise!!!

Got us through quickly, my 8 year old needed blood drawn and Alex did an awesome job! He was very careful taking blood and made my daughters experience great! I don't think she will ever be afraid again! She was really terrified of needles from past experiences and he made sure she was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

As a former employee of this company, with an understanding of the inner workings of the facility, testing, handling of clients and specimens, I can honestly say the experience was horrible. But as a patient this took the level of distaste to a whole new level. Procedure was a simple blood draw, entering the facility requires a mask or face protection. This should extend beyond the patient and to the employee as well. My phlebotomist did not use any form of face protection or ppe. Was willing to discuss with me how unhappy she was with Labcorps acquisition of PAML and their practice. Now my results are in and my height was indicated incorrectly. So now contact customer service over the discrepancy. The representative indicates their is no height field in their system, and they cannot change information just for a random individual calling so I was instructed I would need to take time out of my day to go back into the original draw site to have them contact the customer service department to have this corrected. Why? Well because they won't answer the customer services call and things have gotten pretty busy there. It wasn't until I indicated I was a former employee that the representative informer me he couldn't change data. The incompetence of the staff this company employs is remarkable. From the phlebotomist, to the specimen handling and processing all the way to the client services department. What a joke. Poor practice when you have so many competitors in the market area.

Made me pay for my lab draw before billing and said they checked insurance for what we owed. After I got home I called my insurance they said we were fully covered and we now need to send the receipt to get reimbursed!

Everyone was so nice here and joked around with me to alleviate my uneasiness about getting poked with a needle! So quick and easy.
