I made contact with Airica and she helped me set up a date to look at the beds. I then met with her husband who was such a great guy. Once I bought the bed they offered to ship the bed to my place if it didn't fit in my vehicle. Luckily it did fit and I left with my memory foam bed that very same day. Honestly really great people and it's awesome how they are a family own store. 10/10 would shop again

My experience, it was amazing the man was so laid back and so willing to work with us and my financial situation I recommend this to everyone oh yea thank you my wife loves the mattress she is so comfortable she is very pleased.

It's abundantly clear that Carlos genuinely and truly cares about the comfort and well-being of his customers as he will bend over backwards to find you the right mattress that fits your needs and your budget, and his customer service and care is absolutely unparalleled! I was fortunate to meet his lovely family while I was in the shop, and his awesome son helped deliver my mattress. This is the best place to get new mattresses! Their customer service is great and they're super friendly and that's something that's actually hard to find with other companies. They will help you with a payment plan that will suit your finance.Hint: If you're good at playing rock paper scissors, you MIGHT get lucky with another discount ahaha.

I need not say too much Mattress by Appointment they actually give you what they say they are offering. Carlos was the best person I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time, and their mattresses are of a really great quality I would do this again in a heartbeat.

I recently bought a mattress from them and the service was 100%. One of the best service experiences I have had. They were so kind to me and understood with health problems I needed a good mattress. I found the absolute softest/comfiest bed I have ever laid on at their mattress location. Delivery was amazing too and they delivered it the same exact day. I felt bad as they had to bring it up 4 flights of stairs, but they were rockstars about it! I have been sleeping amazing too!It’s a small family owned business so if you are in need of a mattress please check them out! They also offer mattress protectors and frames too.100% happy with my recent experience and will continue to recommend them to other people.Good job and thanks for being a great part of Spokane!

Really hassle free experience. Plenty of time to test out the mattresses no pressure to buy a certain mattress. Family owned and operated, love that aspect of the store. Found great value for a great bed,I highly recommend anyone that is in the market for a new bed to visit them. If you like supporting small businesses you won't be disappointed.

I really enjoyed the experience! The guy running the floor was extremely patient and down to earth. I didn’t feel rushed at all which is nice when picking out a bed. Really nice people that are knowledgeable about what they do, and they are honestly looking to help. After talking to him some, I found out it was a family owned business which is also a plus. The shop is away from prying eyes and from people looking in while you’re rolling around testing out a bed. Overall good experience with no complaints. Again, really kind people.

Kyle and his dad were amazing! They helped me pick out the perfect bed for my price range and were willing to work with me on everything I needed. If you are needing a mattress and not wanting to spend outrageous prices for a comfortable bed, I would go to these guys. Although I didnt need, they did offer a payment plan in case you needed it. They were very friendly and kind and helped load the mattress into my car ( taking several tries to make it fit the right way even). I HIGHLY recommend going to them if you are ever in need of an affordable comfortable mattress. I will definitely go to them in the future if needed.

Kyle is such a nice guy and provides great customer service. He's very very knowledgeable and can assist with finding the best mattress that fits your needs. He also offers financing which is very appreciated especially during this pandemic. I highly recommend working with him if you want someone who is nice, understanding, and funny too. I had a wonderful experience buying from David and Kyle! They both are extremely personable and welcoming an created an easy-going atmosphere. They both had no problem answering any questions my fiancé or I had. We had many options to choose from and were allowed to take our time trying out the different mattresses. Along with our mattress they also sold us a bed frame, a mattress protector, as well as the equipment we needed to haul our new mattress home, and even helped us load and secure it to our car! (They do offer delivery)I 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to finance a new mattress!

Kyle and his family gave us wonderful service. Our bed was delivered all the way to Hayden Idaho and set up for us. I had the best nights sleep that I have had in years! I highly recommend buying a mattress and with the movable frame. We bought the plush mattress and I am sure happy with it. My back did not hurt in the morning. My husband had a very restful sleep also. Normally my husband wakes up several times a night because of back pain. We are both very satisfied with our purchase.
