My partner and I have been needing a new mattress for a while now. We bought one off Amazon that definitely was not meeting our needs at all. We looked online and found Mattress Firm had fantastic reviews, so we new we had to check them out. Right when we entered the store we were greeted by Nikolai. He was very informative and helped us decide what mattress would work best for my partner and I. We have been using our Purple mattress and adjustable frame for almost 2 months now and we are in love. If you need a mattress we suggest you go into the store and ask for Nikolai. We were very thankful to have his help. We are finally sleeping peacefully throughout the night and are happy to invest in a brighter future to have a better sleep schedule.

I purchased my last bed at Mattress Firm and I love it, so I wanted to see if I could buy another. I called the store and spoke with Michelle. She informed me that my bed was discontinued, but highly recommended a very similar bed. They were having a great sale. I was able to get the mattress and adjustable frame at a great price! I didn’t even step foot in the store, I just trusted her advice. She listened to what I had to say and was super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The bed was delivered yesterday and I couldn’t be more happy! The delivery team was very professional as well. Thank you, Mattress Firm! What

Josh was fantastic. Didn’t come in with a wallet for the super high end stuff yet never felt bad about choosing something midrange. Spent a lot of time with us teaching my partner and I about different features, how we should feel laying in bed, and the differences between beds. At the end our choice was his first suggestion. Would recommend him without a doubt to others, left feeling like we got a great deal and feeling confident about our sleep moving forward.

Josh found us an awesome deal right in our price range at a store nearby. Even as they were closing. Not only that but he went out of his way to get another one of the stores involved to best accommodate our needs. Eric was great too! Very informative and pleasant to chat with. We walked out with a Basic Hybrid the same day.

My wife and I bought a complete setup for ourselves, and were impressed with the whole process. Joshua asked us questions about our sleep habits and preferences, and was ready to answer all that we asked along the way. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive options, but helped us prioritize our spending so we got the best deal to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend this store location. Just purchased my first mattress and it was a blassstttt!! Josh kept it simple, made me understand the process, and gave me the ultimate deal, bed, and investment. Now homeboy Luis kept it real and relatable. Super nice, super funny, and he knew how to treat a customer. Offered me pillows when I layed down and no BS from either Josh or Luis. Honestly the best workers a company can have. Give them a raise.
