If I had written this the day I visited this store, my review would not have been positive. Luckily I've been a customer a very long time. So, I held off to see if they would make it right. Obviously they did. They heard me and immediately addressed my issue making me a continued loyal customer. Thank goodness for that loyalty. Saved me money and prevented me from jumping ship prematurely.

Metro Pcs customer service nd especially their supervisors are nothing but liars and misinformation mongers. Ive been with Metro Pcs for 7 yrs now and these people did nothing but lie to me and deceive me. I lost all trust for these people especially their supervisors. I am disappointed that I have to leave a review like this about Metro Pcs but they are liars and deceiver's. Do not trust anything these people tell you. METRO PCS SUPERIORS ARE LIARS AND DECEIVER'S

I’m going to give them five stars but it’s only for the employee. I went here today so sick and tired of Metro. She helped us with every single problem that we had and explained things thoroughly and thoughtfully. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, she deserves five stars.

Very Poor staff, bought a phone from metro back at the start of the year, since I got the phone its had problems reading the sim card forcing me to restart the device anytime I need to use data or make a phone call, went in today to try and figure out the issue and all the staff did was belittle me by claiming I should have been paying for insurance since the phone was bought outright. Very rude caused me to leave the store upset I ever trusted T-mobile or any of its sibling companies.

The manager, John, is THE guy to talk to with your cellphone problems. Not only will he help fix it but he will do everything possible to make you feel appreciated. Goes above and BEYOND what ANY other manager of ANY store I've ever visited has done. Way to go man! Thank you for all of your help! Make sure to speak with John!

Jon saved my day.I've been without a phone for almost a week due to shipping issues, but he figured it all out and I left with a working phone.Watching him actively troubleshooting while having a friendly conversation made me almost forget that I was mad in the first place.5 stars.

Terrible company, do not recommend. Lost my free amazon prime service because I decided to upgrade my phone and give them more money. Also lost my 3 dollar a month insurance because their system is incapable of grandfathering old services on to new lines/numbers. If you have any other option, I suggest using it.Customer service supervisors when you call in will also hang up in your face and leave you on hold for 30 minutes.One of the worst companies all around I've associated with in a long time.
