******** windows people wouldn't even talk to us because we have a "Mobile Home". So our search for new windows began with a snub.But despite the bias against us, we got three quotes from other local contractors. Two of the quotes were the actual installers quoting for a cheap brand that you can buy at Lowes, and both of the contractors quoting insisted these were the only option. The NOW Remodeling Universal sent *******, who showed us windows that certainly were not the standard crappy "mobile home" brand (that we were replacing). But they cost far more than than those "standard" windows. Their samples felt and looked far superior to the cheaper windows, and they guaranteed installation before the snow flew.The installer showed up on time, did ********************. Watching him work, it was obvious the windows fit perfectly. He had them all in before dark. He didn't have to pry out the old windows or make a big mess. The old windows, (double paned crappy mobile home brand that rattled and iced and misted up inside) had thin aluminium frames. These Universal windows are triple paned, designed to fit right over the top of the old frames. The other two quotes included hours of "demolition/removal" of the old windows, which brought their quotes for labor higher, although the crappy double paned windows were cheaper. So we went with Universal, and I think we did the right thing as these are sealed tight. Our house is quieter, and we can tell when the north wind howls how weatherproof these are--no rattling or ice inside the house. It's been two polar vortex *******. Last year it hit -20F and this year it got down to -12 F and we were warm, dry, and draught free.

Brian and Cameron came out and gave us several great price options, we were happy with their prices. The guys came out to do the work and had it done in one day. The crew was fabulous, quick and went above to make sure it was done correctly. They cleaned up afterward and did a great job. We were very happy with the work done

We Live in a 1975 manufactured home; it had a metal roof that needed replace. Called Now Remodeling they came out and gave us a great quote to replace the complete roof. Now it is beautiful shingle roof and looks amazing. We had a problem with the plumbing vents on the roof and we thought it was covered in the price. They were kind enough to fix the problem for free. I worked closely with Now Remodeling for several years as a distributor sales representative. I have worked with several remodeling companies throughout my career in sales. Now Remodeling is far superior and separates themselves from the competition.This company, from the top down, does things the right way. From the leadership (Brian and Ammon) to the sales staff and production managers, you won't meet a better group of individuals. I admire their values and the way they do business. They always ensure the customer comes first and is satisfied with all of their projects. They do a really great job at finding high-quality products for a fair price. Easy to work with, professional, great customer care, top notch install work on putting in two giant picture windows-definitely a challenge! Installers worked well together and did a wonderful interior frame job. Thanks, guys-that was NOT easy!UPDATE: One window is defective, so asked for replacement. I had asked if they do aluminum coil wrap (have aluminum siding), and they said yes, so I hired them because they said they do coil wrapping. Come to find out after the fact that they actually do NOT. They did not reach out to me about even putting up ANY exterior trim, so raw wood and uncured silicone has been left exposed all winter. When I looked more closely, they were installed differently, so one looks fine, while the frame job on the defective one is quite poor.Obviously completely forgot about me. If I had aluminum bending tools and a saw, I'd pick up some 2X4's and finish it myself. I'm not even sure why they removed the original wrap. I thought they could be framed in on the interior, up against existing wrap.The interior frame job I've now noticed is crooked, and the silicone is dirty and cannot be painted over. There are five ledges to clean-hard to do and looks aweful already since every speck of dust stuck to it. It really looks aweful a few months later.WAS happy, but closer inspection has me a bit disapointed for over $8,000 for 3 windows. They use subcontractors, so who you meet with is not who shows up.

Taken to the cleaners on a siding quote, do your research people. About 8k in materials and 48k in labor. All my other quotes landed for around 25k. I’m sure they do good work but it’s not worth over spending. My salesman was courteous and professional, but felt a little pushy.

The owner of now remodeling literally told me that he would not do ANYTHING to resolve our issue unless I promised in a NEW CONTRACT that I would leave him a scathingly BAD review. HE and his entire Company deserves a bad review they LIED about how quick they could do windows. THEN informed us after the contract was signed they COULD NOT do windows for a year. Worse of all when you look at the "good" reviews you start to see that employees of the company write reviews for the company itself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The entire staff from the sales rep to the installers were professional, informative and friendly. I purchased a door , window, doggy door combination to replace my sliding glass door. Very good quality and nice aesthetically. I would highly recommend Now Remodeling.Service: Window installation

Kalani was very knowledgeable about the windows and explained how the windows are made and why they use the products they do for the windows. His demonstration was not only how the windows are made but also each part. Kalani also demonstrated the variety of ways you can adjust the window when opening.
