Brock serviced my Mudmaster without an appointment and went above and beyond and lubed the gaskets. The store is huge and full of jewelry and watches and big clocks for sale. The bathroom was so clean I was afraid to use it. Nice people working.

had a ring stuck on my finger couldn’t get it off. went to urgent care, the fire department and hardware stores for help and they couldn’t get it off. Brock at Pounders had it off in just a few minutes. 10/10 experience. everyone was kind and fun to be around.

I brought in some loose amethyst stones that were left to me by my mother and the salesperson took her time helping me design the perfect ring. The first design was gorgeous but out of my price range. I felt very comfortable telling her that and she easily pivoted and came up with a ring that is fantastic and will be cherished for many years to come.

Went in to have a ring resized. Cost about $50 which was fine. Everyone was polite and professional. They quoted me a week to get it done but had it ready the next day which was a pleasant surprise. When i went to pick the ring up though i was standing there for a while before someone asked if I had been helped. Seems like they've only got 3-4 people there but maybe i got there at weird times.

Adam in Watch repair and sales was very helpful. I've gone in many times to get watches fixed, batteries installed, links taken out or inserted, and Adam has always been excellent! I won't go anywhere else to get my watches worked on.

This is a beautiful store with a huge and lovely selection of jewels and very pleasant staff. I only came in for a simple shank repair on a silver ring but they still treated me with respect and even offered to clean my other rings. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable. We have definitely found our new jeweler.

Took a grandfather clock and an old late 1800's vintage wall clock to this store for service work. I dealt primarily with Dave. They treated me fairly and honestly. When I got the grandfather clock home and set-up there was a problem with the chime. I called Dave and explained the situation. They were going to be in the area the next day on an another house call so they said we'll just stop by. They came buy and tweaked an adjustment or two and the clock is now running and chiming just fine. I appreciated their willingness to come out and service the sale.I'll take a couple of more of my clocks to them in the future. Thank you for your services!I think I do need to add that when you treat people nicely, you'll be treated nicely in return. Don't expect this kind of service from anyone if you're the kind of person that swears like a drunken sailor anytime something doesn't go your way.

I did a walk in visit while shopping for an upgrade to my wife's engagement ring after 10 years of marriage. To be honest I was just browsing, but was promptly greeted by Cheryl, a very knowledgeable long time saleswoman.She had our taste pegged within a few questions and after showing me some different styles that were beautiful, but not the ONE, we landed on a in-house custom ring with a beautiful stone at a great price.The sizing and mounting of the stone was completed overnight, a feat I'm very impressed by.Although I did go a bit over budget, she did her best to keep the purchase within our means. I am in love with the purchase, and I'm sure my wife will be too.
