Not only am I customer up until yesterday I was an Employee. Their customer service is completely horrendous. They lie manipulate and scam their customers as well as sell and deliver furniture that has been exposed to Bed Bugs. Terminex has come to the store half a dozen times and still can not completely eradicate the Bed Bugs because they Store Manager and District Managers won't let Terminex shut the store down long enough to clear up the problem. Much more than that is the lies they tell their customers the Fraudulent accounts and agreements they put on Customers accounts with out their knowing. I've been through two store managers since working there the first got fired because of his Fraudulent activity and Embezzlement. You would think that cut the problem from the root would fix the issue. It did not. The latest Store Manager can't seem to understand how to run her store or her Employees and changes her stand point on every task and protocol almost daily. If the District Managers and Regional Managers tell us we need to Run customers and do Returns until we get our credit in check she refuses to actually allow her Management team to do what is right by the customers and right by RAC protocol and guidelines so she can keep her fake numbers as best as possible. The company is supposed to file legal and theft on customers who do not communicate and pay their bills after a certain point she would rather rewrite them a new agreement even if they have threatened physical harm on me or other employees yet will threaten theft and legal on former employees who are in communication and trying to pay their agreements off. The point is one of the worst places I've ever had the joy of working for from top to bottom and one of the worst places I have ever been a customer. Got plenty more to say but I think I've said enough.

Think twice before going to this store. I don’t know if all Rent A Centers are like this, but they dropped the ball, and set the standards for being the worst company I have ever worked with. I will be doing what I can to make sure no one else has to experience what I did. Lawsuit in the making.

Highly Unprofessional, Scam Artists, Liars, Untrustworthy, and Unethical. I will be reporting to corporate and the BBB. I can’t believe I had an experience like this. First, I received the wrong order, then they messed up my contract 3 different times, failed to deliver their end of the bargain, then left my apartment open unattended. They are completely in honest. After the manager told the delivery drivers to finish, they left. Then tell me they are cancelling my order after I already signed paperwork and took my payment. They were rude and then the sales guy Dalton, starts telling me he is the manager, when I just spoke to the manager, and I am beyond upset. This is bad business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. I am beyond disbelief that this is the best they had. Then tell me the condition of the apartment was bad when it was the same as when they loaded it, empty.

Careful, be wary of RAC, they are not to be trusted. I suggest Aaron’s or any other company. They have better deals, better customer service, and honest. These people went through my personal belongings, I will be making a police report, thank god for attorneys, and thank god for insurance.

They violated me and my home! I will be checking to see if any additional items are missing as they are the shady type. True the other reviews, this place needs to be shut down. I will be seeking compensation for the traumatic events that occurred, emotional distress, breach of contract, loss of wages. and damage they caused while being in my home and taking actions without my permission. The lying needs to stop, the verbal abuse, the aggression, and in professionalism. I had one of their workers yell at me, slam doors, and leave my apartment door open causing various items to get stolen. Or maybe they stole. I will be making a police report or seeking arbitration.

Bad Business. Faulty Product. Terrible Customer Service. They messed with the wrong customer and will have to pay for all the damage, stolen items, punitive damages, and will be fined as well. They need better employees and possibly better management if they know and allow this to continue on.

John, the manager is a super nice guy to work with . I have rented from this store for years and it has been the best. John does absolutely great in pulling everything together to meet our needs.

Very rude. Honestly I just needed item and returned when I bought a new one. But I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I myself will never call rent a center again.

Managers fraudulently stole money from a very loved Spokane family and will not pay them back. Even went as far as to harass the mother and her sister. Who steals money from a family who is caring for a baby that just had major abdominal surgery and organs removed just to survive cancer??? The managers at this Division location and the Sprague location did. and the worst part is this family doesn't owe Rent a center any money.
