I've been sitting here waiting for over an hour and a half during business hours. They have a little paper sign on the door saying store closed. We can clearly see lots of employees in the store, they've turned their phones off so that no one can get through. There have been 200+ people who have come and gone trying to go into the store to shop and no sign of these employees opening the store during open business hours and no explanation at all on why it's closed. This isn't the first time this has happened at this store. Poor customer service at best

the only reason for 4, instead of 5 stars? yes, the "sketchy" folk around.but, not one has ever bothered me, and i say prayer for them.....pharmacy is great, and even calls and re-calls for refills, when my wonderful doc's rude office nurse, never calls refills in! god bless rite aid, for staying on howard...... i get a refill, go to "soulful soups," and try to stay cheery. everyone is having a hard time with something now: the rite aid staff is not at fault-i thank them for staying on the job--- they are valued!!! hugs to all there! bb bless them all

Review from my husband: Do NOT use this pharmacy!!!! The good pharmacist is on leave. They have a new floater pharmacist, Theresa, (surely a floater since she can't hold down a steady job with her attitude) and she was terribly rude and unprofessional to my wife. What's a further disappointment Is the way the manager Dan had an opportunity today to have this woman apologize to my wife, and did not have her do so. He himself did not even apologize. As someone who holds a Ph.D, I understand that someone with this level of education should know better and held to a higher standard. She not only yelled at my wife, making her cry and inducing a migraine and her use of MORE medication, she gave a sarcastic grin and thumbs up to my wife while Dan, the manager checked my wife out. My wife said she felt unsafe going to this pharmacy and wanted me to come. This pharmacist was emotionally abusive. This woman should have been expected to personally apologize to my wife for her behavior. Screaming at my poor wife just trying to pick up a prescription. When the doctors office called to confirm that the medication being held hostage was indeed on my wife's care plan (which her care is determined by a doctor with an MD who knows her history) they were treated rudely as well and gave us that feedback. We've been using rite aid and other pharmacies for 17 years and my wife has never called me this upset. She felt accused of doctor shopping, shamed, and humiliated as this pharmacist Theresa yelled at her for questioning why she could not pick up her medicine that was ready. Theresa not only disrespected my wife but she screamed her personal health information for the whole store to hear after my wife asked her to not raise her voice politely. This was absolutely unacceptable. We will not be using this pharmacy until my wife receives an apology in person from both the manager and Theresa. We will take this up the chain and make sure she is held accountable and can never do this to another person. Inexcusable behavior from a person who claims to "do no harm". If Theresa wants to make decisions on medications a patient takes perhaps she should go back to school and become and MD. Though I thoroughly doubt she could keep patients. Dan, by not apologizing yourself in person, you are modeling that accountability would not be taken today, and wrongs would not be made right. She got away with this behavior. I am exceptionally disgusted in the first AND second interaction my wife had, just trying to pick up her prescription she's had for ten years. We will update this review if anything is done.

I transferred to this store and it has been seamless! Even when my doctor sends Rxs to my old location, there has not been any issue! The store is always clean, which surprised me somewhat since its downtown and security is in plain site which is a good deterrent for the drama that goes on in this area. Thank you, Rite-Aid.

New Staff that comes in, and old staff, always laid back and friendly. The store is clean- The pharmacy is quick and also kind. Some prices are a bit high, I hope that changes haha, but I love to shop there and have been using their pharmacy for quite a while now.

This business is a blatant extortion scheme. The pharmacists were charging me for needles and syringes that I needed to take my medication. After switching pharmacies I found out that my insurance covers needles and syringes. I filed a complaint and the only response I got was an insincere emailed apology from the DM without so much as a whisper of the money they blatantly stole. Scam artists and extortionists are not good employees.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and in stock. The pharmacy staff is always quick and helpful with any questions or concerns.

Yikes... I know this is a convenice store in a sense, but the prices are astronomical! Everything seemed to be 'on sale' at a price that was even higher than a normal price at a typical supermarket! For instance, a small block of Kraft medium cheddar was $5.99! Plus, everything I pulled out of the refrigerated section was far from cold... Seemed like they were trying to push inventory in a desperate attempt to prevent food from expiring on the shelves. I would have probably paid up if the store was clean but I can't say that I'd even feed my dog anything from this store. Staff was super friendly and helpful, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Staff and selections are great. I ride an electric scoot-around & the checkouts bend over backwards to be of service and always with a smile! Location is in the middle of town; convenient with a parking garage. Lots of fun places to shop and eat in the surrounding area. Essential!!
