Honestly this place has been such a disaster for years that I have no idea how it’s still in business. A couple of nice cashiers but they are always out of stock on numerous items, the store is a mess, and there seems to be zero pride of ownership. I would like to see a different business take its spot that can offer pharmacy and grocery options in a pleasant environment.

I live downtown, been coming to this Rite Aid for 30 yrs. It's sad to see how bad this store is now. No frozen food, never know what is going to be on the shelves, so undependable. Kept waiting for change, none. Time to move on, probably won't be back. Sorry ?

In the picture there's a collapsible cart I took that in with me to Rite-Aid and Christina that works at rite aid when I asked her if it was okay if I use my own cart she said as long as you make sure that you bring absolutely everything up front to the register so that they can be scanned and paid for I was so mad how dare them profile me and there was some talk of a better way of saying it white girl down that aisle that was stealing but I'm Brown and she had to make sure that she said for me to make sure that I brought everything up to be scanned and paid for how rude

This store went above and beyond to assist me today. I was in great distress. Each employee acted with grace especially Ronald and the store manager,I believe was Mike. Ty again for your great customer care.

I really like this rite aid. The pharmacy fills prescriptions very quickly compared to other pharmacy’s and I really like how friendly the pharmacy staff is. Natalie is the woman who helps me most of the time in the pharmacy and she is really friendly and gets me in and out very quickly. I also like how nice the cashiers are. I’ve seen them deal with unruly customers in a professional manner.

Was just in Rite Aid, and I heard a lot of screaming and cussing. I turned around to watch this, Karen, screaming at some homeless people telling them to get jobs, and to get the F out of the store, get Fing jobs, and that she can’t wait to get them all arrested. Is this really how Rite Aid lets their employees talk to homeless people? And why is it OK for her to bully somebody who has so much more to deal with in their life than she probably does? I really hope Rite Aid investigates her and ask other people how they have seen her act. This woman was yelling and screaming and cussing at homeless people, and chasing them out. If they stole something, why didn’t she just call the police? Instead she was just maliciously bullying and degrading homeless people in the store.

This Rite Aid is convenient cause I live close. I can get a few things done here if needed. Pharmacy, food, drink, bathroom supplies of alot of kinds, ATM, etc.

Don't bother to get the employee names and say "hello, so-and-so", because even if they know your name, they won't use it. You are just an animated wallet walking in.

I really appreciate the associates attention to detail. It was a strange experience seeing so many items locked up or otherwise tagged with some kind of lock, but I can understand given the area and the kelpto nature of some clientele. Over all will visit when this location is on my route.

Hours listed on the door open til 7pm.Needed to grab a package from the Amazon Locker on my way home from work. Parking was a nightmare but I was at the door by 6:55 and the door was locked. Waste of time. Will have my packages delivered elsewhere from now on.
