The moment you enter, you are greeted by Kim Allen, who is always, sweet, warm and friendly. Then as I'm walking in I see Joe the manager who greets me with such genuine care and asks if I need any help finding anything. I then head to the pharmacy to get my prescription and Nancy, Jaclyn, Emmy and Justin are always so endearing, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The other pharmacy associates Tonya, Haley and Audrey are always so pleasant and attentive. I got my Flu, Covid and Pneumonia shots at Rite Aid which is so convenient. I love Rite Aid because their caring staff always goes above and beyond to help me and my family with all our needs and they make us feel so valued as a customer.

I've tried giving this place a chance before my 1 star review but they keep messing things up. The latest excuse why I had to wait two days for an order that was put in at 12pm was "we just didn't get to it". Nice one Rite Aid.

This store has the most unfriendly person managing the cash register whose name is Tonya, plus the person answering the phone. When I called the service was no better. With lung cancer, oxygen to carry, and pneumonia, I was asking if someone could bring the antibiotics to my car. The person on the phone said no because I had a copay. Then, I went back to my notification on my phone and paid by phone since I was notified that it was ready. I parked by a sign that said someone would come out and bring my Rx. I asked the lady at the register how to accomplish that, another time. She asked me if I had a child that could come pick up my Rx. I said no,and I want to know if someone will bring out my Rx if I need that. She said I'll ask, since I don't think we do that anymore. The inside person said no, if there is a copay. I said I'd pay that on line. By then, I knew they did not want to agree to bring an Rx to me, though the sign outside says they will. I pushed harder. Finally she said, well I guess we can. I didn't think we did that anymore. Then Rite aid needs to remove the signs at the regal store and the one on 29th, and take free delivery off of their online menu! Rite aide is the one that posts the service, but when asked, response is I heard we don't do that anymore. Wow!

The moment you enter the store you are greeted with the most pleasant, friendly, and attentive cashiers. Kim Allen is always so warm, kind, caring and she makes you feel welcome and valued. I love this Rite Aid store because of their excellent customer service given each time.

Every month, with prescriptions that are the same each month, I call in to place my order. And every time I show up to get the prescription, this pharmacy says it's not ready, or they only have one of two, or they give me the wrong amount. I'm a pretty patient person, but in the last 10 months not once have I had a refill pick up that was 100% accurate. I tend to think...it's just me, I'm doing something wrong. But my husband and both adult children reported the same problems. Something is wrong with their processes. And as a South Hill pharmacy you would think they understand that many customers live way out in the country, and can't just "try coming back tomorrow " without wasting $10-15 in gas money.

Rite Aid is an Excellent store in most every location, however the one on South Regal Street , Spokane Washington is the exception. My daughter 3 year old daughter was very sick with a Fever. The urgent care had just called in a prescription for antibiotics for her. I called the pharmacy and explained that to the girl and she laughed and giggled about how she didn’t have time to help me with this and that I could just come back tomorrow. I asked her if she would locate another Rite Aid that would help me. Again she just giggled and told me that she didn’t have time. I called the Rite Aid at 810 E. 29 Ave and they Helped me Immediately ! I went straight to the pharmacy and picked up the medicine for my daughter. ?

I had a terrible experience trying to pick up a prescription that should have been ready. When I got there they said it would be 20 minutes because they needed to count the medicine. It took an hour to count 20 pills apparently.

Had a great experience at the store the other day. Easy to talk to clerk with a sense of humor who knew were items were in the store. She didn't hover over me. And I knew if I asked her a question she would come over and help me.

Rite aid pharmacy on Regal. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. I switched to this pharmacy because it is close to home, what a mistake! It's been one thing after another between them telling me my insurance won't cover my diabetic meds, just to find out from my insurance that they will, to filling wrong prescriptions. And don't even get me started on the constant lack of communication. Their system will text you a prescription is ready, and it's not. It takes them days to fill anything. I have literally been trying to get my insulin for a month and a half now. I stopped by today to check on it and they said it was ready finally. They shoved the insulin in the bag and sent me on my way. When I was actually able to check what they gave me, it was all wrong, and would have probably killed me if I had taken it. I took it back and was met with an acknowledgement that it was wrong, but too bad so sad. They refused to refund me and take it back. So far I am out $150 bucks because of their mess ups. Switching back to my old pharmacy. It might be out of the way, but they've never tried to kill me!
