Love my rite aide pharmacy! The one at the y closed and the staff went to wandermere, glad i got to keep my same pharmacists. They are very nice and accommodating.

This has got to be the most frustrating and difficult establishment to get meds for my child I have ever experienced in my entire life of 42 years!! If it's not one thing it's another with this rite aid and it is just disgusting!! Nothing against the staff there, because I really don't know the staff, but the service there is absolutely horrendous!!!!

Went to Rite Aid on Division for some sales items and the cashier was extremely friendly. Very nice and very helpful. It’s nice to see that in today’s society.

Pharmacy attendants and pharmacist were extremely rude and condescending. They spoke down to us and talked about us like were not there. They did not take the time to explain how things work with new insurance but I stead talked down to us like we were stupid . We will be going somewhere else from now on.

Prior to picking my husband up from surgery I call to confirm his scripts are ready. I spent over 45 minutes trying to get a pharmacist to answer the phone so I can make this confirmation.When I FINALLY get a pharmacist on the phone she tells me there is no guarantee the meds will be ready when I get there even though they had plenty of time to fill. This is so unacceptable and will be the LAST time I use this pharmacy.

Like any other drug store. It has some good medical supplies, make up. Perceptions. Woman’s products and yes ICE CREAM!!!

This place is a joke I had a prescription sent in at 10am stopped by at 5pm still not done got told that it was going to be 30 min came back a hour and a half later still not ready had to sit a neither 15 min not only does this place close at 7 and Walgreens directly across the street closes at 9 I will definitely not be coming back to this business for anything.

This pharmacy is a joke. I had prescriptions phones in from the hospital- and it was closed at 7pm and I didn't make it before I could make it in - fast forward the the following day, I was here at 9am and was told they would be ready in an hour. So they said they'd call, well it was noon when I finally called them they said after 2pm - angry, hurting and a little confused( what's the point of having a prescription phoned in?) I went into rite and called from the parking lot,. This time I got heated because I was told there was three people in front of me despite having my prescription called in because I was just released from the hospital- there was three people in front of me ?! I had to go into the store and wait in the waiting area for another 45 mins before my prescriptions were even looked at - I realize they can be short staffed but if that's the case they need to hire more peopke or update the policies because - someone who just got out of the hospital shouldn't be forced to wait with other people picking up monthly meds - and if a doctor calls it in, it's probably important and those people should be helped first. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy at all to anyone. The store however is amazing the long haired woman in the front is incredible she's friendly and always wearing a smile!

This store is in need of an overhaul where the employees are concerned. They are CONSTANTLY claiming their drive thru window is broken! I am surprised the company is not tired of fixing that window that the EMPLOYEES LEAVE OPEN for bad drivers to hit and break. I would think the corporate office would INSTRUCT them to close it after each transaction! Honestly though, I dont buy the "It's Broken" excuse! I think it's a lie and that they CONSTANTLY close the window/drive thru so that THEY dont have to deal with it and the counter at the same time!The pharmacy staff is EXTEMELY Unfriendly and Rude and Inconsiderate and make customers feel as if they are bothering them when they show up ESPECIALLY at the drive thru window hence as to why they close it, ALL THE TIME!!!They also withhold helpful information that IF they had shared with a customer there would be no hardship or concern when the customer finds out their prescription wont be ready for DAYS, AFTER they were told (the day before) it would be ready the next day in the morning! This is not the first time they have done this!These staff members should know that customers are Not this Naive to believe the "broken drawer" story every few days! We also do not believe that corporate would allow this to continue to happen and or continue to spend the money on repairs!

I was seen in acute care, I went to this pharmacy and was told my Rx would be ready in 24 minutes. My husband took me home and came back. When he returned he had to wait an additional one and a half hours, they still hadn’t processed it. Truth is they want you to shop there while you wait a ridiculous time for your prescription to be filled. When I talked to the manager she made excuses and didn’t offer to make any changes. I will never use this pharmacy again. If you have an acute infection you need your prescription filled right now.

Pharmacist extremely not nice. Horrible customer service. Techs seem nice. New to this pharmacy but will find another. I worked in customer service all my life!! I can do better on my WORST DAYS!!Pharmacist is on a power trip. Have to beg her to get your scripts and say things just the way she wants it said to get her to give you your own scripts!!Mean people su€k!!!Life's too short to wait in line every time for BAD SERVICE!

They never have the meds prescribed and ready when we call. We’ll call and they say they have it but then they don’t. They don’t know what they are doing. Never had an issue at any other rite aid but this location specifically seems to have a hard time figuring out how to do their jobs.
