This store is in need of an overhaul where the employees are concerned. They are CONSTANTLY claiming their drive thru window is broken! I am surprised the company is not tired of fixing that window that the EMPLOYEES LEAVE OPEN for bad drivers to hit and break. I would think the corporate office would INSTRUCT them to close it after each transaction! Honestly though, I dont buy the "It's Broken" excuse! I think it's a lie and that they CONSTANTLY close the window/drive thru so that THEY dont have to deal with it and the counter at the same time!The pharmacy staff is EXTEMELY Unfriendly and Rude and Inconsiderate and make customers feel as if they are bothering them when they show up ESPECIALLY at the drive thru window hence as to why they close it, ALL THE TIME!!!They also withhold helpful information that IF they had shared with a customer there would be no hardship or concern when the customer finds out their prescription wont be ready for DAYS, AFTER they were told (the day before) it would be ready the next day in the morning! This is not the first time they have done this!These staff members should know that customers are Not this Naive to believe the "broken drawer" story every few days! We also do not believe that corporate would allow this to continue to happen and or continue to spend the money on repairs!

I was seen in acute care, I went to this pharmacy and was told my Rx would be ready in 24 minutes. My husband took me home and came back. When he returned he had to wait an additional one and a half hours, they still hadn’t processed it. Truth is they want you to shop there while you wait a ridiculous time for your prescription to be filled. When I talked to the manager she made excuses and didn’t offer to make any changes. I will never use this pharmacy again. If you have an acute infection you need your prescription filled right now.

Pharmacist extremely not nice. Horrible customer service. Techs seem nice. New to this pharmacy but will find another. I worked in customer service all my life!! I can do better on my WORST DAYS!!Pharmacist is on a power trip. Have to beg her to get your scripts and say things just the way she wants it said to get her to give you your own scripts!!Mean people su€k!!!Life's too short to wait in line every time for BAD SERVICE!

They never have the meds prescribed and ready when we call. We’ll call and they say they have it but then they don’t. They don’t know what they are doing. Never had an issue at any other rite aid but this location specifically seems to have a hard time figuring out how to do their jobs.

If you like incompetence and your time wasted then go to this pharmacy. First visit, rudely “sorry sir you’ll have to make an appointment online” even though the website says walk-ins welcome. Two days later, with appointment made at a specific time I sit and wait for 20 minutes until the front desk person “remembers” ( because I remind her) to tell the pharmacist to help me.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They never have prescriptions filled on time and are frequently out of medications. They also seem have temporary hours that are vastly different than normal hours and only a hand written sign on the door to notify.

I come to this rite aide often (wandermere location) Generally a very slow location but I often see people leave angry from the pharmacy. So far I have not had issues, although I will say that I have not needed medications urgently up to this point. However when I brought my medication prescriptions in that I needed urgently they said it would be an hour. Ok....so I left and came back an hour and a half later and they said they were they had a rush of people and it would be at least another hour and they really did not care. Infuriating, especially when you are in pain. Now i see why i always see angry people leaving the pharmacy. Don't go to this pharmacy if you are in a hurry.

Your staff is very rude, she made me feel like i was inconveniencing by being there and asking a simple question, i will not be coming back....thankfully walgreens is always helpful

If I could give the pharmacy and staff in there today a rating it would be less than the 1 star. We had a prescription called in to them at 9:30am. Called to see when we could pick it up they assured us since we have to drive in from out of town it would be ready at noon. We gave them and extra 30 mins and came to pick our antibiotics up at 12:30…they said sorry we won’t be ready for 3 to 4 more hours. So we called to get the prescription transferred to a pharmacy closer to our house(which they had 100x better customer service than rite aid in wandermere)….they called rite aid with no answer 3x, on the 4th rite aid finally answered the call from our closer pharmacy and when asked to send the prescription to them, got an attitude from rite aid but they did agree to send it…so we made our way back out of town to the pharmacy closer to home and sat there for another 2 hours…so so end of story is wife still doesn’t have antibiotics for a bad cut on her hand that became infected and rite aid cost us 8 hours of our day today 12-27-21…very rude and unprofessional compared to the pharmacy closer to home. Will use the small town pharmacy with better customer service from now on. Rite aid employees working the pharmacy- you suck. That is all.

I have been filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy for years and the last few months have been a mess. I rarely have prescriptions filled on time, regardless if I call weeks ahead of time. There have been a couple staff members that have been extremely condescending on multiple occasions.

In the midst of the COVID booster rush, the Wandermere Rite Aid pharmacy offered excellent customer service when I took my 90-year-old Mom for vaccinations. They were dealing with a Medicare system that was down, and other issues yet they remained kind, calm and very helpful. Amanda was the star of the show, but Tiffany was also great! Bravo!
