Been here 3 times and they where great. Every one in the service department was professional but the lady that dose rentals I reckon she might go to Walmart andBuy her self a personality all and all I love coming here Although it is tight with the trailer

The service here at the spokane wa. Facility was amazing I have been working with the lady at the rental department (ilean) for a few months and she has been nothing but helpful getting me in a very nice vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Would and will recommend Ryder over Penske after dealing with both companies.

New boss garet is extremely rude. not only does he never answer the phone when I call to speak to him. he forwards all questions back to the office lady. does he even know what he’s doing? all employees seem to be beat down and broken since he came around. get him out of there

We purchased an elliptical from Nordic Track online. The company made arrangements with Ryder here in Spokane for delivery. We paid for it to be taken to our back patio door. Not only were the delivery people unbelievably rude they would only put the 400 pound box in our driveway. Calls to customer service went nowhere and ultimately we had to refuse delivery and send the elliptical back. We spoke with a representative from Nordic track and delivery was supposed to be to the back door as we had paid for this service. We advised Nordic track they should use a different service. We will never use Ryder under any circumstances.
