I’ve been here a couple times now and have never had an issue. Both times I came to this store I was asked if I needed help and the employees I interacted with were professional and kind. Shoe Dept. Encore has a huge variety of shoes. They also offer a clearance area where you can score really nice shoes for a lower price. Overall it was a great experience!

I am happy I can find shoes here but the FAKE red head today was UNKIND AND UNPROFESSIONAL, She should work behind the wall and NOT be interacting with customers........ When I shop here again I will make sure to wait for someone els to finalize my purchase

Google says it opens at 10am. I drove all the way up there to find it doesn't open until 11am, and I couldn't wait for it to open cause of an appt. Wasted trip!

Wow, I cannot believe how messy, rude, and unprofessional the staff is here. They are always socializing and never paying attention to the customers. The floors are atrocious and they have this tall skinny, pale, dark hair girl who clearly thinks way too much of herself. She couldn't have been more stuck up. When I approached her about her attitude during checkout she was snarky and excused her self with this "I have a resting b**** face" excuse. She said her name was Eris, when I spoke to the manager Michelle she didn't quite seem to care and even seemed to defend Eris. So, far I haven't seen any sign that they plan to improve their store or their employee's customer service skills. I am not Sure if Eris is still there or if she left, but she was there long enough it seems they could care less about customer service.

Decent selection, but it would be nice if they actually updated their hours so i don't have to spend 30 minutes driving here and then wait around for another 30 minutes for the staff to actually open the store. It takes 3 seconds to update your hours online! Leading to almost 2 hours of wasted time for me.

If you support this business then you support women like Amber Herd and the pansy white knights who believed Amber because she is a woman. The women who work here spend their time speaking inappropriately about men to the point their boss had to say "girls you have boyfriends." Yeah, they had boyfriends and still talk this way. However, they hypocritically enjoy making false accusations against people they have threatened to punish for making jokes or say things that they don't like. They are absolutely disgusting trash who have no morals, honor, or dignity what so ever. They pride themselves in harming others because they are weak, self centered sadists with no sense empathy at all. Utter trash.

Lots of options and some good prices, but quality is questionable and shoes not always comfortable. But if that is their market. . . More power to them.
