So I went to the Shopko Optical in North Spokane this morning with my twisted glasses and not only did Marla fix them but she sold me a second pair of glasses all in about 10 min, Marla you RoCK, it was an absolute pleasure working with her!!??

The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very well. There was no pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate how efficiently the whole visit went.

Quick service, friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to Shopko Optical and I’m glad I made the switch from my previous optical company. They had no issues with my insurance and the process was smooth. Plus..I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment and they took me straight back to get started in the exam. Thumbs up.

The ladies are extremely professional, Lisa and Holly are always nice and helpful. Yisel was fantastic, she was patiently explaining everything with great detail and exceptional customer service! Dr. Ulland was awesome as well.

Staff treated me like trash. The company I worked for 15 years closed permanently during Covid. I had to get on State medical. When I asked if they took State insurance the woman up front started treating me like trash. I would not recommend.

I lost a nose pad on my glasses while on vacation. Marla at Shopko Optical was so kind and efficient in replacing both nose pads on my pair. Shopko is lucky to have her as an employee!

8-1-22 Stopped by to check on doing some editing on the whereabouts of this eye doctor (Robert Ulland OD.) Google maps had him in the middle of Shopco over at the Northpointe Plaza and Shopco there no longer exists. They were under the impression all that had already been taken care of, hopefully it has now. While I was there got an assessment for new glasses. Employee (Holly) was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a good assessment. Lots of parking, easy access, etc. Bus #25 runs close so good access even if you don't drive. Basically they're right in the bottom area of the "Y" as the Spokanites call it.
