Needed my old bike repaired and tuned up. Shred was close by so I took it over. The staff was friendly and quickly figured out what my bike needed to get back on the road. I know repairs are going to be expensive but the estimate was reasonable. The bike looks great and should ride problem free for few years. Will definitely go back to them.

Absolute worst customer service! Lack of knowledge with sales representatives, if at all possible do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Great service. I had a ski boot fitting with techs Matt and Autumn, and they did a great job using detailed measurements to get me the right fit. I also had great service switching out the brakes on some ski bindings for free.

This is the best store for all your snowboarding needs! I bought my first snowboard here over a year ago and returned last week to get new boots. They were the only store I could find with womens 5.5 boots so I drove an hour and a half to try them on and decided to buy them! I love that even though I have an uncommon size, I still had my choice of 3 different boots. The staff is wonderful and there had been very little turnover since my last visit in winter 2022. The best sign of great management is happy employees that stay with the company for years! Shred has a great selection and great prices. The staff will make sure that you find what you need and that you are very happy with your purchase. I am excited to shop with them in the future!!

awesome shop very clean and nice staff i was fitted for some snowboard boots unfortunately my size is out of stock in in everything but one pair of boots that didn't fit me to well. normally i would take away a star for them not being able to order the Vans OG that i want but the sails person was nice about it.i looked at there large selection of snowboards and bindings very nice...plenty of goggles with reality augmentation colored lenses to change your viewing world to any color of the rainbow if your into that kind of thing...mostly they have Dakine gloves and Gordini you should find what you need but be aware if they are out they are out and will not order for you to pick up in store...i ended up getting a stomp pad and speedstk wax

Fantastic customer service. Josh helped me out with some boots that I didn’t even buy there. He seemed to really know his stuff when comes to getting the proper fit in snowboard boots.

Remounted some skis I got at the ski swap and they were fast and did it at a good price and waxed them too! So much better than skiing rentals thanks for making them work for me.

Two different shopping experiences with shred for two teenage sons, first was a snowboard purchase, told sales associate he was a new rider, was given no real advice from the teenage salesperson, was really expecting some customer service and guidance for a new rider, was treated like we should know what he needs, was not guided thru the board selection at all, was just told to go look without any pro’s/con’s of different board types, second trip was for a 12 year olds ski package, long story short, came home and found they sold us womens skis for a obvious 12 year old boy, really feels like they were trying to get rid of a pair of skis& bindings that have been sitting in the back of the store, really disappointed with the lack of apparent knowledge of the sales staff or apparent lack of training if they didn’t know, besides the cramped store setting and zero parking it really left us with a bad taste in our mouth, it’s too bad we have two more ski packages to purchase, looking elsewhere…….

Hannah did great helping me with a new snowboard setup. Boots, bindings, board, the works. She knew what she was talking about and mounted the bindings perfectly for my stance. Just did the first ski day with the setup and it was nothing short of amazing. 10/10 would recommend asking if Hannah can help you out.

Best customer service anywhere, ever! We came in a couple weekends ago, it's my first year snowboarding so I needed almost a complete setup. The store has a very comfortable setting to begin with but all the workers we interacted with were amazing too. Jeff helped me with sizing and finding boots and also walked around explaining differences in boards and helmets for a few minutes and helped get my husband boots. Even when he would leave to help another customer he checked in with us a couple times and checked us out! The next day we went snowboarding but my boots ended up being just a bit too small, I know it takes awhile to break boots in but this was different. We came in that night with the boots in original box with receipt and another worker, a little bit older and very friendly, took a look at my boots and got me a couple different pairs to try on and walk around in. I picked a different pair, we did a simple exchange, and we're on our way. An incredible experience honestly. The next day we went snowboarding again and boots felt and fit SO MUCH better. If you need new gear I highly recommend this place!

Everyone here is awesome!!! The manager Chad know ski boots better than anyone else I have ever met. He takes the time to measure every part of your foot, then knows the exact boot that is the best for you, and also has very cool equipment to help with boots that aren’t quite perfect. While waiting for my husband boots to be stretched out we had 2 people ask if they could help us. Great experience!

Stood in line with 9 other people for about 20 minutes back in service, young lady was mounting bindings on snowboard. I just wanted to have a scooter fixed and she didn't know if they had parts, she said maybe Zumies could fix it. Zumies does not fix scooters.. probably won't be back. Bummer, but who cares. Right?

Cj was great on the phone and very helpful; we came in with my son's scooter. Jeff further assisted us and it was an amazing experience.Alot of good professional style scooters that will last for awhile. They also have knowledgeable staff on hand to help install. Which in our case my son wore out his brake.Pretty fun experience. Enjoyed meeting everyone. Will be back! Possibly for my own scooter in the future. The hoss!
