I came in to pay my bill and got helped by Gillian. She was amazing and even helped my sign up for home internet. T-mobile has been helping me save a ton of money and Gillian even helped me sign up for a $50 rebate just for getting their home internet! Highly recommend their service. I have a great experience no matter what location I go to.

Paige was so incredibly helpful and patient when I came in to have my phone transfered from Sprint to T-Mobile. Of course, as is the case when changing carriers, nothing goes quickly or smoothly.Paige stepped in and was able to get the kinks ironed out. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very thankful she was on duty today!

To say the people in this store were helpful is an understatement. HannahJo and Fehran were amazing, they turned a stressful and time consuming experience into a fun and easy process. Switching phone carriers is always stressful but they helped us every step of the way with amazing customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.

The employees were great, but we noticed that the Samsung phone we bought had Fascistbook or (Facebook) pre-installed on it.We deleted it, but that should be illegal.

Jesus was the most thorough rep. and went over and above the call of duty to assist us to get the return labels for returning our Sprint phones. We have been going thru various rep. Upstairs is wayyyy better than the downstairs one. I went downstairs with phone issues and they said they weren’t letting anyone in the store but when someone else came in and said they wanted a new phone, they were let in. The upstairs one isn’t blocking the entrance with a table and are extremely knowledgeable and nice!

3 of the 4 employees were on their phones texting, watching videos, and not even wearing their masks correctly. Two of the guys were wearing them under their nose, the other was wearing it under his chin. One of them picked his nose right in front of me and then went on to immediately touch the computer. Whether or not you believe in wearing masks, it’s what most of us have to do at work, much like washing our hands if we handle something gross. I almost took a picture because of how comically little they cared that I was even there. The only person working was the (professional and polite) woman, who should probably get a raise for having to put up with coworkers who clearly don’t care about anything.

I actually like being on T-Mobile now. And this store makes the switch from sprint easy and chill. Good management.
