Extremely disappointed! Was treated awful by a racist employee & prior to that was suggested an energy drink that made my grown son very sick. When I called they lied & told me there was zero caffeine in it when in reality there was twice the amount of a redbull. I will not return. I've been a customer for over 6 years

Made a in store pick up at 9:00 am. Had to call at 12:30 and they had not pulled the item yet. Very poor service

Seems that in the last 3 years the selection has dwindled. The customer appreciation program has basically ended. (New corporate direction?) Still for the items we still are able to find, the prices are comparable to other brick and mortar stores.

If you're going to offer member rewards, you should be clear on the parameters or not offer them at all. I was in about a month and a half ago and was told me I would have a $5 reward on my next visit (nice, right?) Today they told me that that reward had expired because it was only available for 60 days (They never mentioned that it would expire). So either they should have given me the discount last time or it should have been available this time. I would have continued to shop there happily without the stupid reward. Now I will never go back.

I was just in there with only one other customer, and 3 employees for at least a good 5 minutes. None of them asked me if I needed help, so I left. Good luck with sales. 2 stars because their selection was ok at best

Basically everything that’s good for you & at an affordable price. They have a good rewards system. And the owner is really nice.
