This was the third T Mobile store that I visited to try to set up our family's new phones and modems. And it was the first store that helped! Brian was fantastic-- even willing to assist me after I'd returned home to another state. I highly recommend this store.

Great experience compared to any other tmobile store ive been to. They fixed a stressful issue with my phone quick and easy. Gage was super helpful and nice! Thanks guys

Emily from the t-mobile in the valley mall was really annoying didn't know what to do screw up all my contacts and other stuff along with my husband's phone. Don't go there go to the store by hobby lobby better experience

They will run you through the loops with the warranty service, they won't actually replace the phone after a warranty claim. they told us as long as there isn't water dammage and no cracks they will replace the phone, but but when we showed up to get the phone they told us they would actually not do the exchange because of a scratch, witch they hadn't said a word about the first 2 times we drove up, they insisted both times we would be able to exchange the phone. They were verry rude and sarcastic teenage boy acting young men. When I showed up at 4:30 on July 26th all I saw was a room full of snotty rude child like behavior, and men who talked all sorts of smack about there peers and coworkers, and as I left the store they shouted antagonistic and repetitive "good bys"and "have a good night", that was the most irresponsible and childlike crew I have ever had to deal with. My 5 year old son has better problem solving skills than I just saw from two adults running a whole t mobile.

Just switched from Verizon to T mobile. Brianna was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you're thinking about switching, go see Brianna.

Robert, the sales asst, the worst. I hate T-mobile coverage, everything he said was completely wrong and almost a blatant lie and now i am kind of stuck with service until i pay off the phones (which i will do soon, and i am going back to verizon.

I got a review for you T-Mobile love your service great phone company no way in hell am I sharing my contacts with you so why would you put that in the last system update keeps asking me and I keep saying no how many times I got to say no before the system finally gets it through its head I don't want to y'all don't need my contacts so you can start cold calling them

The worst customer service I've ever received at a phone store. This T-Mobile is located in a mall. I walked in there frantic because someone had just STOLEN my phone. I asked if there was any way they could shut my phone off, or if I could log in somewhere and use the find my iPhone app to LOCK it, and I could possibly track it. The guy was so incapable of understanding what I was saying he went and got someone else from the back who came out with an attitude say "what are you asking for??" With a tone. I restated to him everything that happened and I just needed them to shut it off. They told me they would not help me and it's against their policy. I repeated "IM A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND SHUT IT OFF." The guy just was like nope it's against corporate policy for you to log in to any devices here. I explained THAT WAS FINE I JUST NEED TO SHUT IT OFF AND REPORT IT STOLEN. He refused to help me so I walked out in tears. How the F are customers supposed to report their phone stolen IF THEIR PHONE IS F***ING STOLEN AND THEY ONLY WAY TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IS TO GO INTO A STORE YOU PAY MONEY TO?!!! In the end, they didn't try to help, didn't try to give me other options or solutions, just pretty much gave me the not helping you get out vibe staring at me like I'm stupid.

I had an AMAZING!!!! experience! Charlie went above and above as well Jaymon and Demick. I changed from Verizon to Tmobile, better service by far. And knowledgeable staff, You have my business now!!!
