Huge shout out to this location, they spent over an hour trying to fix an issue with my phone. Went completely above and beyond. You dont see customer service like this anymore. I belive it was nathan that helped me. Great people!

I am rather disappointed at this location and quite angry with the lack of professionalism. The representative was quite unprofessional, and wasn't very helpful in my concerns. My phone screen broke, and I need a replacement urgently. I did file a claim with Assurant but that's a whole other issue. The representative told me to either buy a new phone or essentially leave; as they don't deal with customers Assurant has sent to their store. They didn't give me any other options to explore this issue, I felt more of an urgency to either buy something or get out.

I just moved and found this location to be the closest. I went in to upgrade my wife's and my phones. Tony was teaching Nathan the ways and he seemed to be learning fast. Tony seemed like a good coach teaching him how to do things. It was almost closing time and the tmobile network crashed, they tried everything they could and stayed a bit after closing to try and help me out. I had to come back the next day. No worries, I came back in the next night and both Tony and Nathan were off. Chris stepped in and got it all taken care of and answered all of my questions. Tony, Chris and Nathan were all extremely helpful and they gained a new regular customer. Would give 10 stars if I could!

My phone quit working the morning of my first day of my welding program. I was very stressed and anxious throughout the day and when I was finally able to get to this location Jordyn and Chris were so helpful in resolving my phone’s issue! While there a suspicious man came in and they handled it very professionally. I will definitely be coming back to this location whenever the need may arise! :)

Yea don't even try this location. Their customer service is the worst, gets even worse when you tell them you aren't buying their most expensive plan. I get it, you get paid off commission, but treat the customer better. Not to mention I watched how the manager treated their employees, and it's bad. You can tell it's a toxic place to be. If I ever try t mobile again I will try a different location.

Let me tell you....I was ready to go to different phone company because of overpayments being taken on my phone bill.Max is the best customer service person I've ever worked with.He has been trying to resolve this for me for months and he got it done.I would say he would make a nderful manager.Thanks max for all your hard work!!!!

If it wasn’t for this one sales rep I wouldn’t even know how my phone works! Max helped me navigate my phone since I went from a android to a iPhone! He help me transfer all my data and numbers and most of all, my contacts! I can’t explain how important it was to have all my info transfer and I knew if I didn’t have the right person show me I would have been lost and irritated that I had no info!! I appreciate all the help Max and I will be back for accessories and a new phone when this one quits!! Thanks max!!

I went in to ask questions about transferring to T-mobile service and the gentleman there named Max was so polite and knowledgeable. Usually when I go into cell phone store I feel like it’s a used car lot and I get irritated and walk out. I was just inquiring about your service because I am unhappy with my current provider. Max was so professional and (I felt honest), I will definately go back to that store and sign up with him. I was at the sprague store in Spokane WA.
