Had an incredible experience working with Austin and Edgar setting up a new phone plan. There were several issues with porting our numbers from ATT and they made multiple calls to outside persons to fix the issue. They were able to solve the problems and got us all set up with a new phone plan and phones. A top customer service experience.

Sunny was supposed the best customer service I’ve ever had with the phone company. She was so patient so kind she I put it through it so I would say kudos. Keep that lady.

I love the employees here- Jessie, Jack and Austin have all helped me on different occasions and have been SO friendly, helpful and kind as I switched from another carrier. Jessie was super friendly and patient and helped me put on a new screen protector. Austin is FUNNY and a great salesman- and Jack helped me make the initial switch and port over my phone number, contact etc. I refuse to go to any other t mobile store in town.

Edit of pixel 7 pro trade in: after coming in 3 separate times and the district manager advise to simply exchange/return due to someone thought I was with sprint. However the concern is with the trade in credit. The manager did reach out after coming back in and reassured the credit will apply. Did take some patients and some individuals to help out. Thank you Matt and the store manager reaching out.

I walked in and right away, Matt was working with me. We got a quick solution for a new WiFi account and away I went. Checked in the next day to make sure everything was working right. Matt was awesome, the manager Trina was great. Best T-Mobile I’ve been too. Looking forward to the next visit for phone upgrades.

So I don't know the guys last name but his first name is Matt we had a bumpy start but he was hands down the most professional guy I ever met,I have not had good experience with TMobile stores until I went to the regal store the whole staff was so extremely helpful and team oriented also most of the time there like car sells man u can't really trust what there saying not this store and not Matt he absolutely delivered and got me the deal I wanted for what I wanted it for 100 couldn't be happier

Dom is a life saver. The Apple “geniuses” couldn’t figure out what was going on with my phone, but Dom was able to find a loophole and saved all of my data. I’ve never felt so down after realizing my grandmother‘s photos were gone forever. He spent so many hours, moving pointless files, but to me those were years of my life that I’d never be able to get back.

If there is anyone waiting, just walk away. The two power talkers just can't get business done. There was only one person in front of me but it took an hour for the two talkers to finish up with two customers. Can they get the job done? Maybe - Angelo told me no, but Tony at the Spokane Valley store later said, yes, my promotion covered the issue. Tony did this over the phone in under five minutes. Tony knows how to look up accounts and provide great service. Angelo will waste hours of your time to tell you he doesnt know - come back later. Is the South Hill Tmobile interested in telling people unnecessary details about their personal lives? Yes. Does South Hill help people desperate for attention? Yes. If you need to talk to someone for an hour, the South Hill Tmobile monthly rate of $65/mo is cheaper than therapy. If you want actual service, in an expedient, efficient time frame, go to Spokane Valley Tmobile where they actually multitask. Example, instead of chatting away while smartswitch pushes data, Spokane Valley will assist other customers in line. Here, at South Hill, they ignore the line and happily small talk as the hour clicks by as they watch data transfer... After over an hour and a half, I left with no resolution. There was only one person who was able to help me at this store and they weren't at work. Anyone at Spokane Valley's Tmobile can assist. Two stars for opening the door. Holiday weekend time totally wasted. NEVER, EVER COMING BACK TO THIS SLOW, CHATTY STORE.

I absolutely love this t-Mobile location. Everyone in this store has been such a delight! Very professional and super friendly. I love walking in and seeing Angelo’s welcoming smile he always makes you feel like and old friend that he is genuinely happy to see. Now for the customer service which is top notch. Angelo will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy no matter what the issue. From just paying your bill, a question, a purchase, or an issue with service. He’s the man. But I would like to also mention Trina. She is right there to either help with an issue or to just join in on the conversation and make you feel even more welcome. I would highly recommend visiting this location as they all are very knowledgeable and impeccable customer service!!

I went in to see if T-Mobile could offer me a better deal then what I was getting from Verizon especially since Verizon jacked up my bill over $13 for “operational cost”. The staff at T-Mobile are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Matt who showed me plans and then switched me over. I would highly recommend this location on regal.

Was having a super hard time with customer care and over in the regal branch Jason W. Helped me resolve 3 months of problems in less than an hour! Trina the manager also helped out a ton! Great customer service! It felt like I was talking to my friends when I walked in there. If you're having issues with anything related to T-Mobile they're the best people to talk to about it!

Jason was the tech that assisted us with our upgrade and transfers from 4G to 5G on our new devices. Unbelievably polite and knowledgeable. Such a great energy in the store.
