If you are getting the 5G internet, please be very careful with their autopay. This happened in August when I was returning the modem/router and I was handed a receipt(paperwork) saying I returned the equipment. I was later told to call T-Mobile and cancel the service which I did and also had on of the employees from this location to verify my ID with the T-Mobile support service on the phone that its indeed me. I was later assured my services were cancelled and I did not owe anything. 2 months later, I check my credit card statement and T-Mobile are still charging me for services I was not using. I reached out to my credit card and disputed the transactions. January 2024, I come to find out I owe $148 and its collections and tanked my credit score.Be very careful with T-MOBILE

My husband and I came in on a Friday. Jason, the manager, had helped us previously. He helped us get our new phone set up and combine 2 lines on one phone. He’s was very knowledgeable in a variety of devices. Excellent customer service. His patience with us and the software was much appreciated. He was efficient and courteous. This review deserves 10 stars but hopefully Jason’s superb customer service is compensated well for going the extra mile. Thank you, Jason!!! ?

Went to this location to trade in my 12 and upgrade to a 14. Jason not only helped me accomplish that, but he also helped me review my account so I would be provided the most optimal plan for what I needed. He helped not only me, but a few customers at the same time without making anyone feel like they were being ignored. Thank you Jason, I appreciate everything you did and I’ll be coming to this location every time in the future because of your service.

The guys there in the valley building on Indiana road, were friendly, fun, and talkative. It was such a great experience my husband even hugged the people and offered hugs. It was fun. You are not just a person to sell to. You will walk away with a good story and possibly want to go back to chat it up with them.

Sonny set me up a few years ago with the perfect plan to fit my lifestyle and budget. She patiently spent plenty of time with me explaining the different T-Mobile packages to hone in on what was exactly right for me. Occasionally I would have questions or would need minor service on my phone, and she was always available and steered me in the right direction.If you want professional, knowledgeable service, ask for Sonny! 10 out 10 recommendation!

We’ve had the T-Mobile Wi-Fi box for a year or two, and when we moved houses. We had a problem reconnecting. JUSTIN and the other staff were really outstanding in being patient and kind and working with me and receptive to my calls. Life has been a little overwhelming lately and their attitude was very supportive. Not trying to brush me off, which is the norm sometimes with some stores. I’m going to keep T Mobile and get it for my kids. Thank you very much.

The fact we were lied to and not given a contract to read over before we signed seems a little suspicious. Never trusting this carrier again. Quoted $50 less than your so called Assistant Manager decided to actually charge us. Sounds pretty deceptive, when in reality makes sense given he pushed device protection because he said it helps him out. Quite unprofessional. Sincerely hope someone reaches out to us before we have to take further action.Response to below: ?Not at your store. You have deceptive employees that quote different prices while you sign. I’ve sent a report to the FTC since you can only provide a $50 one time credit for your employees negligence.

I came in to the store a couple months back to upgrade my phone. Austin was the employee who helped me, and im so happy he convinced me to take out insurance on my phone because i prefer to not use a case. Long story short, it fell out of my pocket and broke. It was Austin again who walked me through the process of submitting an insurance claim. I felt compelled to write this review because it is twice now this employee made a stressful experience easy to navigate. I highly recommend seeing Austin at this location for any and all of your phone needs!

When I visited for a phone upgrade, I wasn't sure about which device I wanted, only which features I needed. An associate named Austin helped me find the perfect device and within my time frame :) I was very pleased with the service I received, thank you South Hill T-Mobile!-M

Edgar and Austin truly saved the day. Austin helped me submit a claim with my insurance when my ZFlip 3 broke (couldnt recommended this phone less honestly). He helped me make a plan to come in when the new one arrived to trade it in for an S23! I tried going to another tmobile closer to me and they were making things so confusing and basically said austin was wrong but sure enough, AUSTIN GOT IT DONE!!! Went from a broken phone to a new S23 and GREAT customer service the whole time! We all had to wait til after close for all my stuff to finish transfering but they were so patient, conversational, and Edgar even turned on the World Cup for us all to watch hahaha. Austin explained everything so well, so I left with no confusion and he even talked on the phone with my husband to help him understand it all too. Seriously so thankful. Give these guys a raise or a promotion or something!

Had an incredible experience working with Austin and Edgar setting up a new phone plan. There were several issues with porting our numbers from ATT and they made multiple calls to outside persons to fix the issue. They were able to solve the problems and got us all set up with a new phone plan and phones. A top customer service experience.
